Beach view from the balcony is simply beautiful..... Our room was as the photos reflected and met our expectations. Owner answered our few questions promptly. This is a great place to stay with great access to the many restaurants in St Augustine.

The VIEW was amazing! The sand is so soft and nice to walk in. Not full of garbage and broken shells. There really arent alot of shells in comparison to some other beaches, if you’re into shelling. The condo was extremely clean, no bugs. The access right to the elevators and beach is prime! The other great reviews for this condo are genuine! Everything we needed was there. I'm chronically ill and did spend 1 day in bed, so thankfully the bed was very comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our 1st time away with no children in 13 years, celebrating our 15th Anniversary. Everything was nice and we were sad to end our short and pleasant getaway. Chris the owner, is fantastic to communicate with and book your stay. Downtown St. Augustine was a short and scenic drive. We took the trolley tour and also enjoyed a sunset cruise. Publix grocery store was about 25 minutes away. We cooked our meals, so I'm sorry I cannot give suggestions on the local places to eat. I'll share some pictures we took during our stay- view from the balcony looking out on the water, and others. We hope you'll give this Condo or one of his other ones a chance. It was perfect for us!

It’s the perfect location with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from our balcony, walks on the beach, and the easy access to eateries and historicalsites. The condo had all necessary amenities for our four night stay. We would definitely return to this condo.

Perfect oceanfront vacation spot. The condo is located on the corner near the elevator, ice machine, the pool and beach access! Beach was not crowded. Great view from the balcony! Very clean! Short drive to lighthouse, historic district and sunset cruise! Uber is readily available in area. We will definitely be back!

Neither of us were happy at all with the cleanliness of the condo. When our meeting in the area was concluded we decided to just head home instead of staying longer in a nasty dirty place.Whoever the cleaners are, they aren't cleaning well. It needs a thorough top to bottom clean. The floors are noticeably dirty, sticky. The bathroom had a couple long women's hair on the toilet when we entered the first time. There was hair stuck on the bathroom wall. I pulled out a bath towel, with hair on it. The bathroom floor likely hasn't been swept or mopped in ages as there was all kinds of nasty hair everywhere. So disgusting. There's dust in places that show only a cursory cleaning is ever done. It's just gross.We didn't use the stove or stove top, but it was dirty, too.Needless to say, as we left early and lost money spent to stay there longer. We have no plans to return and couldn't recommend it to others. The positives are that the view was very nice and we were grateful there wasn't evidence of smoking or animals in the condo. We appreciated that there was nice toilet paper and a full bottle of dish soap (Oh, but a salad bowl had hair in it, too! Yuck!!)

Great place, super clean. Everything worked and we had everything we needed. We highly recommend!

Property was fine. The pot smokers in the unit above us were not fine. The smell of pot wafted over our balcony and half of the time we weren't able to use it

Everything was great. It was everything we needed for a fun getaway.

Beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and clean. We did NOT want to leave. Host was very quick to respond to questions and tried to accommodate us as best as he could. The only flaw. . .we could've extend our visit. My husband's birthday was a hit at this location. Can't wait to return in the future.

Our stay was very relaxing and just what we needed. Access to the beach was easy and the beach itself wasn't overcrowded. The unit was advertised correctly. We enjoyed our stay.
