Stayed Mar 1, 2026The view of the beach from the apartment provides endless entertainment. The apartment itself is spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a very workable kitchen. Riviera village, with its many restaurants, is a fifteen or twenty minute walk. Redondo Beach pier is closer. Whole Foods, Vans, Trader Joe,Costco are all a short drive.

Stayed Dec 1, 2025The view was incredible and so entertaining. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of storage. Secure dedicated parking(which was good because all of the street parking was taken by the consruction workers)Cons: construction noise. Appliance malfunction ..couldnt do in house launddry x almost a week. Other appliance issue. Several miscommunications with owner/building maintainence

Stayed Apr 1, 2025We stayed a month here and enjoyed the wonderful view from the living room as well as the great walking and biking trails and easy beach access. Parking is convenient in the garage and we were able to walk to just about anywhere we wanted to go to eat out. Checking in and out was easy and the other residents in the area are friendly.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024We stayed here for several months. The views out the window are terrific - surfers and dolphins and birds, and all the life on the beach. Location is convenient - 1 mile Trader Joe's, Vons, Whole Foods. A few miles to big box places like Costco. Two parking spaces, which is great if you have visitors. Walking distance to Pier, Riviera Village and all the restaurants in those locations. Walk out directly onto the strand, in front of steps down to the bike path.

Stayed Jul 1, 2022We absolutely enjoyed every minute of July! Our mantra was, everyday in July is a great day! We spent a month in this beautiful home and it did not disappoint. From the dolphins, to the birds to the sunsets...every day was magical! We ran, surfed and cycled the entire month without getting in our car. Cycled and walked to coffee, lunch and dinner. Convenient grocery stores to include Trader Joes, Vons and Whole Foods. Stocked with linens, beach towels and chairs. Everything you need to make your short walk to the beach (literally down the stairs) a fabulous day on the sand! Thank you Victor (owner) and Sandy (Property Manager) for a wonderful month, we will be back!
