Stayed Aug 15, 2021The condo was the best we stayed in on the west coast and the east. We liked the whole complex well cared for and clean. The only cons we have was the lack of easy chairs to sit in. Also the lack on safety rails in the showers. We plan to come back next summer the same time after school starts, that is if we are still able to drive. Pattie is 92 and I am 90, we walk up stairs and avoid the lift. Ron

Stayed Jun 12, 2021Unit 302 was everything we expected and more. It is updated with all the comforts of home. The owners are wonderful and respond immediately to any questions you have. The view is spectacular for watching sunsets. The property itself is very clean and the grounds are well maintained every day. The unit is well stocked and they even have beach umbrellas and chairs for you to use as well as fishing poles and boogie boards. We already brought our own beach items, but you don’t have to with this place. They also have large TV’s in both bedrooms and the living room. We would give this place more than 10 stars if we could.

Stayed Mar 3, 2021We had a wonderful experience. The property was as nice, if not nicer than the pictures showed. The beach closet with boogie boards and skim boards was awesome and my boys (9yr old) had a blast playing in the ocean. The property was quiet and the area was a great location - we took a few day trips to other areas and this location was wonderful for that. We did remote schooling as well and worked with owner to get secure wifi and never had an issue getting knocked off while both boys did schoolwork. Would 100% go back.

Stayed Jul 11, 2020The Southwind is perfect for any family; beach access & pool all combined! Unit #302 was spacious, clean, nice interior decor and the owner communicated very well during COVID-19! I'd absolutely rent this unit again!
