Stayed May 8, 2026Let me start by saying my expectations can be quite high sometimes, as I travel for work and have stayed in thousands of hotels and vacation rentals. The first thing we noticed was how CLEAN it was. This is always at the top of my list (with a toddler in tow), and we were so relieved to walk on and *feel* how clean and well-maintained it was. Everything was right where you’d expect it to be or would need it. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make all our meals at “home”. The location was 10/10; quiet, tucked away on the no-drive beach, and in a well-maintained condo. Pool was clean and warm, property was too! There were bunnies in the dunes which was the sweetest surprise. The views from this unit are fantastic, we will 1000% be back!

Stayed Apr 11, 2026The unit was just as pictured and the ocean views were stunning. Having coffee on the balcony in the morning was my favorite time as you have a front row seat to the unbelievable sunrises! Very communicative team that makes checking in and out easy! 10/10 :)

Stayed Jan 24, 2026The condo was very clean, the communication was excellent. The beach amenities were great, thankful for the cooler, beach towels and chairs. The bed was very comfortable, decorated very nicely and the condo was stocked. Close to great restaurants and Flagler Avenue. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025The property was beautifully decorated and well stocked with beach chairs and towels. When we weren't enjoying the beach, the unit had plenty of room for mom and dad to have their space and teenagers to have and enjoy theirs. We look forward to coming back!

Stayed Dec 27, 2024Condo unit was clean and spacious for our family of four. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach location was great for relaxing and close to Canaveral National Seashore and Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. We wish we could have stayed longer.
