Excellent and completely as advertised

Wonderful beachfront view, and very communicative friendly hosts.

Our first visit to Fripp Island was great. The Patty's are gracious hosts, their condo is comfortable (great bed and wonderful shower!), is centrally located on the island, and has all we needed during our week long getaway. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio, listening to the ocean, and watching the deer grazing in the yard. On our next visit to Fripp, we'll definitely return to this condo!

Perfect place, close to beach walkway to beach is right there. The place is clean, cute, comfortable bed. Park right next to your unit. Had a great time. We will be back.

Great place for my wife and I for a long weekend. Fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable king bed. Spacious living room and large TV for netflix viewing. Amazing beach access. Amenities at nearby club were very nice. Bikes for renters use was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and well-maintained. All initial supplies were present as promised. The property was comfortable and we appreciated the easy beach access as well as access to the resort's amenities. This was a perfect getaway weekend.

Overall very satisfied with this Condo, location, and closeness to the beach. This is a very quiet location. On the Patio there is a constant drip coming from the cutter system which makes sitting outside not very relaxing. The large sleeper/couch is not very comfortable for watching TV however it was doable.

Perfect location. Perfect size for a couple. So nice that every single thing we needed was provided including soap, shampoo, laundry soap, salt, sugar, etc. Love this place!

This was a fabulous place in a great facility on a fantastic island away from the normal commotion of spring break. Just a short walk to the beach with all the amenities one needs. We'll be back...

We got in late in the evening and we had no issues getting on the island or getting in the unit. Everything was as advertised or better and we had a great experience at Fripp and the Beaufort area as a whole. Easy access to the beach right out the back door. Deer in the back area every night. Hosts were very friendly and communicative throughout the process. We will not hesitate to come back. Thank you!
