Direct Ocean Front First Floor 1BR/1Bath Condo

Nice ocean view, close to beach

Everything clean and view was amazing. Bed is sleeping on a piece of cheap tan foam on top of mattress. Needs to have a covering or something to keep from feeling it through thin sheets. And the pool and elevator is far on other end of unit. For us no problem but beware if you need elevator. Well kept grounds to beach.

The owner of the property was amazing. She was always available and always helpful. Would stay here again for sure.

This is a great find! Perfect location for the RBC Golf Tournament, and the scenery is beautiful. Plus, being so close to the beach makes it even better—great spot to relax after the tournament.

We have stayed at Sea Side many many times and love to splurge on an oceanfront villa once in awhile. Great view, fully equipped condo, and clean. Other reviews mentioned the foam mattress topper. While I agree it's a little cheap, I actually found it to be comfortable. It's soft, and I like a softer bed. We didn't use any of the other beds since there was only 2 of us so I can't speak to them. Host communicates well too. Overall, the condo was nice, but not extravagant.

Nice condo facing the beach, but more then two people will feel cramped

This beachfront condo was perfect for 2 people. The area was nice and quiet. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is nicely equipped. The view is amazing. Our 2 year old loved watching the rabbits and deer from the balcony. I’m only giving the stay 4 stars just because the a/c unit sounded like a loud generator running most of the time and likely needed some work.

Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. My favorite was the ocean view and short walk to the beach! I arrived in the dark and lighting in the parking lot wasn’t well lit so I had trouble finding the elevator. I would definitely book this condo again!

Everything was amazing. Wish we had a better mattress and not just a piece of foam rubber.Other than that, everything wonderful.

Our stay was absolutely perdect.The condo was super cute, very clean, had everything we needed, The bed was comfy and the view was amazing.Short walk to restaurants and shops, great park close by.The host is very easy to work with

We enjoyed our stay here. The beach was right out of our window and in walking distance. The condo was small but perfect for what we needed. Our only issue was some of the cleanliness. A lot of the utensils in the kitchen drawers appeared to still have food residue on them. The air flow in the bed room isn’t very good but we slept with the door open and the ceiling fan on and we were fine. Overall, it got the job done and we had a great time!
