We had everything we needed to have a lovely stay close to everything at Ocean City. It was especially enjoyable to sit out on the balcony and look at the ocean while sipping coffee in the morning.

Beautiful, well supplied unit. However cleaning service missed huge amounts of debris under furniture especially couches.

We sid have communication with the owner about the Master Bathroom Toilet and Tub draing very slow. We used the second toilet and tub for the rest of our stay. This is my 55th year of coming to OCMD and my 26 straight year at the Golden Sands.

Condo was very well equipped and clean. The view was perfect.The beds were comfortable. The owner answered all my questions very quickly,very accommodating. The property has a tiki bar, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, tennis, pickleball and volleyball courts. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this oceanfront condo! The location couldn’t be better — waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with stunning views was absolutely priceless. The beach access was so convenient, and we loved being just steps away from the water. Communication with the host was easy and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Condo was great, clean and cozy. Cookware could use an upgrade as the pans were really hard to cook anything in and the kitchen needs a sponge or something to wash the dishes. Otherwise no complaints, great spot, loved the balcony and would def stay again.

We've been coming to Ocean City Maryland for over 24 years and love the Golden Sands. We had a great view of the beach and Ocean. We also had bathrooms on the large deck outside which was better then having to run back to your room. The Unit was clean and very well appointed with everything you need. TV' in both bedrooms and a big screen in the main room. Tile floors when you come on in and carpet in the main areas. The Wifi was good and enjoyed some noard games on rainy days. This unit was excellent and can easily be good for a family who wants to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We both enjoyed the view from the balcony the most. Grwat Sunrises and moon beams over the ocean. I will be staying here again.

Had to make stay short to move daughter into college. But the condo was beautiful. Equipped everything you need

The property was as described. It was nicely decorated. There were some problems with the unit such as the dryer needs repairs, it is very loud and grinding noise and takes too long to dry. The primary bedroom bed was comfortable but squeaked and rocked with every movement. There were no hand/face towels or kitchen towels provided . There was an overflow alarm on toilet which went off in middle of night while all were asleep and toilet was not used. In the middle of the week a fire alarm went off at 8 am so not knowing what was going on we began our 19 story evacuation. Once over there was no explanation. The following day the water for the building was turned off for 4 hours with a small sign in the elevator as the only warning. The views were spectacular, the weather was perfect, dining options many and very good.

We love this place so much. We all get all giddy and juiced up just pulling in the Golden Sands parking lot. Beautiful room with an unbelievable view. We leave the curtains open till morning so the sun can wake us up. Fantastic stay every time! We will return.
