Direct Ocean Front Condo Tastefully Remodeled!!!! Steps to the sand!

Surprised and happy to find the beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, laundry detergent and dish washing pods, toilet paper, etc…

Great communication. An older property but very comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and shops. And of course it’s on the beach!

Had a wonderful stay! Marcia is a great host. Excellent communication. She was very accommodating and helpful. The condo had everything needed. Location is perfect as it is directly on the beach. As others mentioned, there is a lot of noise/loud music at night. The condo is right next to a few clubs. I was already familiar with the location so I brought my white noise machine with me. I’m in Cocoa Beach often and look forward to staying at this condo again in the near future.

The beach view is spectacular! The condo is very clean, decorated in adorable beach theme, comfortable and has everything you need plus more. Short walk to the beach and so many restaurants and shops within short walking distance. The host is very responsive, although we had no issues at all. Check in and check out is quick and smooth process. The host recommended several restaurants and all were wonderful. Could not ask for a better beach VRBO. It was exceptional!

Great place for a couple visiting cocoa beach for the first time. Awesome beach access and tons of nearby restaurants. Really appreciated the high-quality beach gear, it was great to put up an umbrella and sit in the Tommy Bahama beach chairs. Highly recommend

Condo was just as described. Right on the beach and in a great location. Owner left great instructions and recommendations as well!

Perfect size for our family of four. View of the ocean and just a few feet from the beach. Had everything you needed for a beach day (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys) plus lots of dvds to choose from, full kitchen stocked, all we had to do was get our own groceries. Higgly recommend!

This condo is so cute! It was so clean and nice. Quick and easy access to the beach in a hot spot. 10/10 would recommend, and if I ever go back to Cocoa Beach, this is where I’m gonna stay!

This is our second time to Cocoa Beach. This location was perfect for us as it was within walking distance of lots of eateries and coffee options. Our condo unit was right on the beach and was exactly as expected. Property Manager was extremely accommodating and communicative. They even notified us of a Space X launch one night. We would definitely come again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. We opened the back sliding door and were just steps from the beach. The condo was small but clean and comfortable. It was perfect for two people who just wanted to relax. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She recommended restaurants and even let us know about a rocket launch one afternoon. Highly recommend!

If you want to be near the beach this is your place! Minute walk and you’re on the beach. Condo had everything we needed and more. Very clean and nicely decorated. We would definitely go back and hostess was easy to contact. Thanks!

Perfect short stay in Cocoa Beach. We were able to walk to local restaurants and the beach access was steps from our back door.

Lovely place on the beach. Can sit and watch the waves. Walking distance to food places. We enjoyed time at Coconuts (directly behind us) and still found our condo to be very quiet. Owner sent us very good directions to condo. Would definitely come back.

What a great place! Easy access to beach, chairs and umbrella so no extra rental fees, lots of kitchen supplies. We had a problem with accessing the unit at the time of anrrival and couldn’t reach property manager immediately but no regrets about choosing this location. We would definitely rent again.

Quick getaway that checked all the boxes for us. On the beach, walked to all restaurants, & relaxing. Condo had all the amenities. Sheets were extra soft! Hope to be back.
