Direct Ocean - Boardwalk Condo - Walk To Most Everything

The condo was clean and everything has been thought of! We flew in and didn’t have to worry about beach toys, towels, chairs. The beds and pillows were amazing!!! Location was key. Coconuts on the beach was our favorite. Thank you for so many memories our family made. We will be back.

The condo was in a wonderful location and next to the beach. So once you get there by car, you may not need to drive around much. The unit is beautiful and must have been remodeled in recent years. High quality all around.Hope to be able to stay there again.Marisa was a great host and responded quickly. Thanks!

The Property was clean & cozy. My only disappointment was not having a clear view of the ocean due to overgrown shrubs but that’s not the owners fault and she said they’ve already complained but I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Cocoa Beach. They were very easy to work with.

Let's start with the building is a bit unimpressive, BUT the condo is beyond spectacular, nicely decorated, very updated and in the premier heart of Cocoa Beach surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars and shops.The kitchen is immaculate and has everything you need to make a great meal. The beds are very comfortable and bedding comfortable. The AC is very cold and adjustable. The terrace is very private and has a great view of the beach. The underground garage area has toys, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards for use. We will definitely rent again. Thank You for helping our family make some amazing memories.

Our stay was amazing here! Marisa was great to deal with, everything was clean and as advertised at the condo. The beds are super comfortable and there is so much to do around the condo. If you love the beach and are looking for a great place to stay, this is it!

The condo is beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was the most comfortable bed! The view from the living room and primary bedroom was great. Plenty of space for a family. Walking to the beach took a few minutes from the condo - very convenient. You can rent beach chairs/umbrellas if needed but we used what was provided from Marisa. Plenty of equipment. Location was great. We walked to some restaurants and other places was only a few minutes drive. I was able to communicate with Marisa easily. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo is so beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. Even shampoo/conditioner/body wash was included which hasn’t been the case in many other condos my family has stayed in. We Loved having access to beach chairs and other beach equipment. We walked to several restaurants, a beach shop, and an ice cream shop. Very nice! The only negative we noticed was the elevator to the parking garage smelled pretty bad. But often we could use the stairs instead so it wasn’t a big issue, and it would not prevent us from staying again. Marisa was very kind and responsive when we had questions. We loved this condo!

We enjoyed our four night visit. The location to the beach was awesome. We love that we didn’t have to pack up a car just to visit the beach; it was literally a two minute walk. While the kitchen and bathrooms are updated, the condo itself is older than we were expecting. Overall, the condo was clean. We had a small issue on the first day, but Marisa was incredibly quick to respond and focused on us enjoying our stay. Proximity to the beach and the host are a 10/10.

I was disappointed that we were told to run dishwasher, dry them and put them away. We always start dishwasher before leaving but to dry and put away, take out all trash, start a load of laundry and be out by 10:00 am plus pay cleaning fee is a bit much. I don’t mind the other things but unload and put away is over the top. Other than that it was a nice condo.

Had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo and enjoyed being just steps away from Cocoa Beach!

This place was a perfect vacation for the family. The location was very convenient, condo had everything we needed, and the hosts were responsive to all communications.

We woke up to lovely sunrises over the ocean. Restaurants were just around the corner. Our family loved this renovated condo on the beach!

What we loved most about staying at this property was the location. We were able to walk to different coffee shops and restaurants. The beach outside the condo was safe and recommended by the lifeguards. Condo was comfortable, upgraded, and clean. The garage was nice. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful condo right on the ocean. Updated, very clean, kitchen and bath had everything you needed. The beds are super comfortable. The patio is very spacious overlooking the ocean. Marissa was very accommodating and communicated very well. We would definitely rent this condo again!

The condo was clean and extremely well stocked. Everything you need is there. The location was perfect for walking to the beach or around the corner for food. The balcony was our favorite hang out spot!

This was my first vacation in 20 years. It was an amazing experience the weather was perfect. The beach and condo was so clean. They had everything we needed. We over shopped 😂. My family became closer because of this stay. The owner was there at the drop of a hat when I needed her. Definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful stay with a perfect ocean view and direct beach access. Fully stocked kitchen and had all the beach gear we needed to spend the days with our toes in the sand. Great location, we took a day trip to Kennedy Space Center. Owner responded quickly to our questions. Memorable family vacation.

We love staying at Boardwalk and this condo is so nice and we love to sit on the balcony in the evening and listen to the ocean!

We had a great stay in this condo. The condo itself is very updated and clean. And the view of the ocean is fantastic. Being next door to beach bars/restaurants was also very convenient. Many other restaurants and coffee nearby. Having beach chairs and other things for the beach was also very appreciated. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This place was very clean, and direct beach front access through a private gate. along with lifeguards present. It was close to everything. Nicely furnished and equipped for our family. We all loved it and want to come back next time.
