The condo and property were perfect in every way. Great location, the area was quiet, the condo was very clean with plenty of room and a large balcony with a beautiful front row view of the beach/ocean. Owner was easy to work with and communication was great, smooth check-in and check-out…the entire process was easy and we had no issues. The property is well maintained and fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and beach gear such as chairs, towels, boogie boards, and coolers. The property has a heated pool and hot tub and its own walkway/path to the beach with a small area to rinse off the sand before going back to your unit. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This condo is wonderful! Very spacious, clean and stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Beds are comfortable. Beach toys, towels and chairs provided. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy access to the beach. The pool is heated and the hot tub was nice. The property is secured, so we felt very safe throughout our stay. Host is very easy to work and communication was great! You can’t go wrong if you’re looking for an oceanfront property in Cocoa Beach!

It was a great vacation with great weather and beach time. The condo was perfect for four people and the overall facility was well maintained. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo well kept, spacious and had everything we needed. The views of Cape Canaveral, beach and ocean were great from the large balcony.

This condo is spacious and lovely. The view is outstanding. Beautiful new kitchen is very well stocked. Communication was very easy with the owner. Overall great experience.

Our first trip to Cocoa Beach was great, spending most of our time on the beach. The condo provided essentials for a beach vacation and the oceanfront deck views, including a satellite launch late one evening, were worth the extra expense. The living/kitchen area was spacious. The twin bedroom was small and would be nice to have bedside table(s) and lamp(s) if space allowed. We appreciated the unit being clean and providing sufficient linens, paper products, beach chairs and umbrellas. We purchased 2 adult size boogie boards in order to enjoy the waves and left these in the condo for future guests to enjoy. The nearby public Lori Wilson park provides for a great early morning walk through the hammock. Thank you for providing such a nice beach rental!

The pool was never crowded and it was nice and quiet for our family vacation.

Perfect location and perfect / warm pool for kids to enjoy. Will stay again in the future if visit Cocoa beach.

Located on the beach with a wonderful view. The property was as clean as clean can be A bonus was that we were able to watch two rockets taking off from the Kennedy Space Center right from our deck. Several good restaurants in the immediate area. If it's warm and you want to use the beach, this property can't be beat.

The property was incredible! The owners were fantastic communicators, and everything went smoothly. The access to Cocoa Beach was amazing. The pool and hot tub were spotlessly clean, and the kids absolutely loved them. The room itself was gorgeous and well-maintained, with a plethora of amenities. I highly recommend this property and would definitely rent it again!

We had an overall great stay at this location. Accommodations were very very nice. Owner was easy to work with and the entire process was easy and we had no issues.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Some minor cleanliness concerns ( ie : soap and what appeared to be a used scrubbie left in master shower ) but overall a wonderful well equipped condo. A beautiful view.

Positives: Great Location, spacious, and stunning views from this balcony. Quick walk to the beach. Lovely pool and hot tub. Well equipped kitchen. Easy check in and good communication and responsiveness of the owner. Slight negatives: For the price, the condo was a bit dated (showers, furniture). Towels and sheets were low end. Also, I think shower soap/gel and more than 1 roll of toilet paper/bathroom should be provided.

This is our second time staying in this building and we just love it. The location is fantastic, close to shopping, activities, and great restaurants. Oh and of course, right on the ocean. Condo is clean and owner is very responsive!!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 5! The condo has tons of space, clean and stocked with everything you will need during your stay. We will definitely visit again!

This was by far the best condominium we have ever stayed in. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a question about using the grills and my text was replied to with a phone call within minutes. There were seven of us on the trip and we never felt crowded. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Cocoa Beach.
