Suite 111 is a ground floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom including a tub. Small soaps are provided. Suite 111 has a kitchenette all ready for preparing meals, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a patio that has direct access to our private beach, just a few steps away from downtown.

Stayed Jan 30, 2026Check in to check out was seamless. The accommodations were very nice. The only thing that needs replacement is the hide-a bed, springs are broken and not comfortable.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025View is peaceful. Condo is perfect for 2 people. Plugs in bathroom need to be repaired. Minimal dishes and kitchen supplies. Faucet in tub needs repairs.

Reviewer Comments: All the condos at the Water Street Inn in Boyne City have a million dollar view of beautiful Lake Charlevoix, and the added bonus of being just steps away from restaurants, shops, parks. Unit 111 is very nicely appointed and, being on ground level, enables you to just step out the door and onto the beach.
