Direct Gulf View, Beach Condo on Manasota Key, FL

We rented for the month of February and our stay exceeded our expectations. With all the items we brought we appreciated the elevator. Sleeping to the sound of waves, taking a morning walk on the beach, getting beach time in the afternoon and enjoying a beautiful sunset at night was our usual routine. In between we enjoyed the local restaurants and Tiki bars. Our favorite side trip was to Boca Grande on Gasparilla Island. Scott and Kristine have done a wonderful job on their condo. We enjoyed the beachy decor and had fun with Alexa. They were very responsive to a TV problem and the problem was quickly resolved. For the ultimate Manasota experience you will be wise to book this condo.

I really can't say enough great things about this property. Upon walking into the unit, it was apparent that the owners take great pride in keeping their unit spotless, which we very much appreciated. Any essentials are included in the unit (dishes, towels, light cleaning supplies) as well as a couple added bonuses for the beach - umbrella, chairs, noodles. The pictures really don't give the view the justice it deserves. This unit is the second behind the beachfront unit, so having almost beachfront views. I loved sitting on the balcony in the morning having breakfast while watching the waves. Really a delightful experience. My only recommendation for future renters is on the check-in process, as the instructions came from an alternate email (not VRBO) which went into my spam filter without knowledge. We ended up waiting outside the property for about 20 minutes while trying to resolve the lockbox access code. After chatting with Christine (owner) we were able to easily gain access. Just recommending for future renters to confirm the email address / check-in process with the other prior to your arrival to avoid a similar instance. Overall, I would give this property a 10/10 and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent location and beautifully appointed condo. Loved the boardwalk and deck by the beach. Pool was wonderful and so clean and sparkling. Definitely will stay there again.

We had a great time staying in Manasota Key on our vacation! It was our first time staying in the area. The condo was beautiful and exactly as described, the view of the ocean from the balconies were amazing. The condo had everything we needed, communication and check in was easy. We highly recommend staying here as we plan on returning ourselves!! Thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful home :)
