What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

    Pool, beach, location great. Unit was clean & spacious. Appliances a little dated but worked fine. Beds not comfortable. Decor was not beachy but was adequate. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

    Had an amazing time! Everything was super close to us...shopping, grocery stores, great restaurants( our favorite was Tacky Jacks). Great location and amazing views of the beach. This was our first time at orange beach and it will definitely not be our last!! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars across the board was because the master bedroom bed was incredibly uncomfortable and squeaked every time I'd move so I ended up sleeping on the couch. If they'd replace the bed we would stay in the exact location every time we go!! It really was awesome other than the bed

    Nice condo in a great location. We were close to restaurants and shopping centers. The unit was very clean and had a great view of the ocean. The pools and outside areas were nice and well maintained.

    Great view, location, timely response by hosts and was everything we needed. Condo bedrooms and living space were perfect and very large kitchen. We were traveling with 4 other adult family members, including an elderly mom. Carpet throughout is very dirty and feels horrible. Needs to be replaced. Had a water leak in the kitchen that ran behind the cabinets to the bedroom carpet. Host was very responsive and quick to get maintenance out for help. They repaired the faucet the same day but the carpet remained saturated. We tried to clean it up with towels, but it was too much. Towels were filthy from our attempt to dry the carpet. We still enjoyed our stay and everything else about the condo. It was everything we needed. Loved Orange Beach!

    Nice property. Very clean. Overall enjoyable stay. Easy reservation, check in and check out through text/email. A few negatives (based on our stays at other properties in Destin where these were not issues) - Wifi would not stay connected. Managers made effort to contact provider but couldn’t get it fixed. Required parking pass had to be purchased, which was stated up front, but I would have rather this been included in cost. Beach chairs and umbrella-additional cost. Many guests brought their own and set up right in front of rented ones. Parking lot had owners parking spaces up front by condo and guests farther away. Owners and guests would not be there at the same time so this was annoying and left a lot of empty owner spots while the guests parked farther away. Last pet peeve-had to wear wristband that couldn’t be taken on and off for access to pool. Most guests didn’t wear them that we saw.

    The condo was spacious, well-appointed, beautiful with gorgeous views, wonderful & great beach access. Communication with managers was excellent. Only drawback was lack of eateries in close walking proximity.
