Great view, good location with restaurants close by. Right on the beach and a very nice beach it was.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1 parking spot is not enough. Beach access was great. Condo had 5 large palmetto bugs in various places. Very dirty on top of refrigerator. Very dirty on top of microwave. Saw what looked like mouse droppings inside the cupboard where plates were kept and on a plate. We actually left the place cleaner than when we arrived.

The condo is nice and very clean. Our first problem was we had 2 vehicles and one parking spot. I didn’t read anywhere in the description that there was only one spot. So it was up to us to find expensive parking miles away and figure out how to make it work. Next problem was the listing stated that the living room had 2 couches with ample sitting or something like that… it didn’t. We had one worn couch and one soft chair. We had to sit in kitchen hardback chairs. Next problem… the rules state that no canopies or pop up tents allowed… the beach was covered in pop up canopies all places directly in front of chairs/umbrellas you could RENT. Why rent one if all upure going to see is the pop up tent in front of it. We didn’t bring one because we thought IT WASNT ALLOWED. I took pictures for proof. Another BIG problem…. Elevator stayed broken… we had to lug heavy suitcases, food, and coolers up flights of stairs and it 100 degrees. Plus we had our elderly grandmother who struggled with the stairs. So, be aware that you only have 1 parking spot, be able to walk stairs, and bring what you need for the beach because there’s nothing there for you.

We felt like we had a private beach. The condo is dated, but clean. The outdoor Maintenace man, Gary, never stopped working! the grounds, pool, and parking area were immaculate. we loved the fact we could rent Beach chairs and umbrella for the week, right in front of our room. AND they move the umbrella around for you throughout the day! our only complaint would be the LACK of amenities. If you do not provide enough dishwasher soap, or a scrubber sponge, you wonder how well the people before you washed dishes? yuck! Beach towels should be a must if you rent a BEACH condo. those of us flying, do not have room for a beach towel! we used the bath towels, but then ran the wash machine/dryer, with our own detergent every day. waste of energy!! only complaint, We would defiantly come back!

Listening to the waves from the ocean each night to go to sleep was a dream come true. Overall it was tidy and had everything we needed for our 4 night 5 day stay. The staff was so nice and polite and always took the time to answer any question my kids had. Thank you for everything!

The Master suite was large. Furnishings somewhat old, one chair had upholstery on seat with a tear in it. The master door wall was difficult to lock and slide open. However, I would definitely stay there again. It is within walking distance of a lot of good restaurants, the pool was very clean, heated and fun. All in all a wonderful 2 weeks.

They put new carpeting throughout the rental & also replaced the rusted fridge. The kitchen stools could use some cleaning but overall it was very clean.

We stayed with family 6 adults 2 teens. There was pletny of room for everyone. Kitchen was well appointed other than no blender. There was new carpet in all the bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. The property itself was extremely clean which can be attributed to the gentleman doing maintenance we saw him everyday working hard and it shows the grounds were spotless and in good working order. We had a minor issue with the dryer they had someone out to fix it within hours the same day. Top notch would highly recommend and would rent again!
