DIRECT BEACHFRONT! SWIMMING POOL!

We have stayed at this condo complex for four years now, and this unit was the one we liked the most. It was well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. We look forward to returning in the coming years. (If you have never been to Indian Shores, you can see glorious sunsets from your balcony).

The host was great. Elevator had issues a lot of noise from construction. Condo itself was nice.

This property needs some up dating with the furnishings and directions on how to use the tvs. The front door was hard to open because it stuck when opening.

Stay was great. The balcony would’ve made it perfect.

We loved this place! Right on the beach with beautiful views. So convenient for families. Very clean with all the needed amenities! Property manager was easy to contact and quick to respond! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Only complaint was the elevator. It was out of order when we arrived so we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights and my daughter and I actually got stuck in the elevator on day 4 or 5 of the trip and had to call for help. But aside from the elevator snafoo we had a wonderful time!

The rental did not disappoint us. The beach was clean and not crowded. Our rental included anything we could have wanted. The property manager was good at checking on us. It was nice how the door lock worked and check in was simple. Our only complaint was not having use of an elevator, although this was disclosed before we secured the rental.

Close to the beach amazing sunsets from the balcony, only negative was the elevator was still broke and being 6 months pregnant going up and down the steps

This was our first time staying at The Chateux. Our condo was perfect and everything was as pictured. Couldn't ask for a better view of the ocean. Only downfall was the elevator was still out which is to be expected due to the two hurricanes hitting the area last fall. Thankfully our condo was on the third floor so the steps were tolerable. Will definitely stay here again. Check in was super easy and the host was very responsive to text messages.

We loved our recent stay, condo was exactly as described and furnished with everything we needed including beach chairs & accessories! Bed was super comfy and linens were good quality. Pool area had plenty of chairs and was well maintained. The property manager was proactive with communication before and during our stay which was appreciated. Having visited the area before this location was perfect and a quick walk to Indian Shores coffee shop. We were aware prior to booking that the elevator would likely not be in service-this was not a concern for us but could be for others. We would absolutely book here again!

This was a beautiful vacation. We stayed in Indian Shores several times and always enjoy the location. This condo was beautiful and accurate to its listing. It was a nice central location within walking distance to restaurants and right across the street from mini golf. We saw Dolphins in the gulf right off the deck of the room. The check in process was great and communication with the property owner was excellent. I really like that. She sent us a message the next day checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. I wouldstay here again. The pool was also very clean and not crowded. Very quiet place.

View from the balcony was amazing. The only concerns we had was the elevator was not operating and we were on the 3rd floor. The condo was cleaned but there were areas, under end tables, coffee tables, baseboards, and top of refrigerator were neglected. Reservation process and check in/out was professional. I would stay again if the elevator was working

Our stay didn't start off well. The elevator was still broken from the hurricane. It was our understanding it was supposed to be fixed by January. Hauling all our stuff up 3 flights of stairs was NOT fun. The unit itself was nice.

The place was amazing. It was clean and it had everything you could need. The ocean was beautiful and so was the pool. Very clean. The only two issues was the elevator did not work and has been out for a long time. Three flights of stairs (47 steps) was a lot for me. And the other thing was the pool cleaners came during the morning, thru in chlorine and said the pool was closed all day. Very sad. They should do that overnight.
