Direct Beachfront Studio. Private Balcony Overlooking the Gulf. Heated Pool. Fabulous View!

Easy checkin/out, beautiful views, about 5-6 block walk either direction to some restaurants/bars, grocery ect. Pool area nice too! Unit had everything we needed, we would stay again!

Perfect location, great view from the 2nd floor, studio was clean check in was easy, staff was friendly. I was stay here again.

The location for the beach is great. Nice sands, short walk, and nice waters. The room is not very nice. Wasn’t clean and found cockroaches. Had to move rooms. If you don’t cook in the room and stay on the beach only, you’re good. I won’t be back to that room.

The property was very nice and i would definitely go back. The AC could have been a little colder. The large cooking element did not work.

View was beautiful. Condo was dirty and in poor condition. I felt like scrubbing the floor and walls and shower myself. Pullout couch was dirty. We didn’t even sleep under the covers of the bed because it just felt icky in there. Pool was nice. Parking okay. Beach was a very short walk. I would definitely not stay there again.

We came over the Fourth of July weekend, and had a blast!

I love it!!! Great location, we enjoyed everything specially be able to enjoy the sunset from the balcony!!! Great view, the place is very confortable, the only thing is the it isn’t for 4 adults.

This is such a great place. Within 20 yards of the beach. Studio type of space with a large king bed. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning as we sat in the shade while watching beach goers and boats go by.

Went for a baby moon and it was peaceful and nice.

The beach access and weather were excellent. Very clean beach with access to cabana and lounge chairs. The unit is a little older, though shower was recently updated. Small patio for breakfast and lunch was nice. Could have been a little cleaner (I’m a bit of a stickler on that). I would suggest putting shelf liner in the kitchen and bath drawers, and under the microwave. We had a little problem with the fridge, but resolved it on our own. The management team reacted appropriately, offering to pay for anything. It ended up not being needed, but we wondered if the compressor might be going out soon. Overall, we had a great stay.

We checked in later in the evening and it was an easy process. Our room was an apartment efficiency style, and it was perfect for us. But I had a king mattress and a pullout couch. Full bathroom with walk-in tiled shower. But what really stood out was the balcony that had the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches that you could walk right out your door too. You don’t wanna miss staying here. It’s spectacular.

We picked this location for its oceanfront view. And in that way, it did not disappoint. I was pleased to see all their cleanup work from the hurricanes. The room is a simple studio. The balcony is nice with two chairs in the table and the bed slept well. There were a few issues with the property, however. It takes up to 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water. And when you sit on the balcony, the air conditioner blows hot air onto you and the air conditioner from above drips down. The appliances are also outdated but we didn’t use them much. All in all, it was a good stay. Just be aware. Thank you!

Room was great. Property was OK except Managment was strict on certain rules and not on others. Only had one elevator working and found out that it's been down for some time. We had a wonderful time and would stay again.

Just a nice little spot. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Clean and roomy. Great beach access and plenty of beach space. We enjoyed our stay here.

Had high hopes for the price paid but it was a let down. One elevator worked the entire 8 days. No water pressure ran out of hot water by the time 2nd person took shower. Coffee still on counter from previous renter. Cardboard placed under microwave as shelf. Microwave was also dirty.

Other than the smell before we turned AC on to cool it down, for the cost it was what we expected. Beautiful location!

We had a great time staying at Island Inn on Treasure Island,Fl. The room was clean and comfortable for two. The view was second to none. The time we spent at the beach was wonderful and so convenient to walk out to the beach. The sunsets were priceless and full of colors. iTrip was awesome in helping us with any question or needs that we had. I would definitely use iTrip again and stay at Island Inn.

The unit was the filthiest place I have ever stayed! Upon opening the door the stench was overwhelming. Cleaning crew obviously did only the minimum. Floors and furniture were very dirty. It was obvious the floor hasn’t been cleaned in years. I did get a look at a couple other units and they were clean and inviting.

When are you going in that it was Memorial day so we knew it was going to be busy down there. Until Saturday it was pretty much quiet considering. We had to pull to ourselves for a couple of hours before it got really busy. I concern when it started to fill up was that it seemed like there were a lot of people coming off the beach that weren't you in staying there so they could go to the Tiki Bar. One guy brought in a cooler even though they're not allowed that was full of white Claws and they were getting so drunk. There were children there but they didn't stay long.

We enjoyed this unit immensely. Was as advertised. Will definitely stay here again. Perfect view, comfy bed. Great shower.
