Lovely location. There are some physical items that could be fixed or repainted but overall the place is lovely.

Condo with an incredible view! Madeira Beach is a quiet, slower paced beach community. Beautiful and clean beaches. Close to grocery and restaurants.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come back every year and have never been disappointed even with the hurricanes in late last year. The management worked hard to get things back up and in order so everyone could enjoy there stay It close to John’s Pass and several great restaurants. Coming back next year .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice enough. My two constructive criticisms are about the master bedroom and the cleanliness of the place. The cleanliness was an issue in so much as the floor had not been cleaned at all; full of sand, and even once swept up by us, blackened our feet with dirt. The cleaning crew also, removed the dishes too soon from the dishwasher and created a back up of water that we thought would have to get fixed by a plumber. Luckily the exterior building maintenance man told us a quick fix for it. I appreciated that the condo was available well before the official check in time, but not at the expense of cleanliness. The owners of the condo tried to create a larger living space with more view of the ocean, which I appreciate it. However, they did it by creating a very small , master bedroom and bathroom with a bed so outsized for the room that it was difficult to even move around without hitting yourself on it. There were doors that glided open onto the living room, but let a lot of noise through. Would not stay here again.

Everything was great, with the exception of 2 beds on arrival needing sheets washed as there were multiple hairs on/in them. Would definitely stay again and/or recommend to friends & family!

HOWEVER, THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKE FOR ABOUT (2) DAYS IT WAS DIFFICULT TO BRING GROCERIES UP AND DONW THE STAIRWAY. THE STAIRWAY WAS FILTHY! IT NEEDS TO BE PRESSURE WASHED. THE ENTRANCE WHERE YOU GO TO THE BEACH IS PILED UP WITH SAND, NOT ONCE WHILE WE WERE THERE DID ANYONE CLEAN IT. THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE! IF YOU RENT A (3) BEDROOM, I WOULD THINK IF YOU RENT A (3) BEDROOM CONDO YOU WOULD BE ASSIGNED (3) PARKING SPACES!!!!!

Reviewer Comments: This condo complex is in a great location, however this unit is across from the elevator and the trash chute so it is very noisy for the 2 back bedrooms. The kitchen drawers and silver ware holder needs to be cleaned as well as the grout in the bathrooms. Living room furniture and beds were great! Electrical outlets and switches need work, a lot of them didn't work.Overall we had a great vacation, but I would choose another unit if I return.

It was a beautiful condo. Well stocked, great location very nicely decorated but the floors needed scrubbed. Called our host and she took care of it right away. I would stay there again!

Clean, ready for professional cooking needs, checkin instructions very smooth/easy peasy (helpful staff) ... bring earplugs so the slamming of the gates outside your deck is muffled
