Direct Beachfront Luxury 3b 2b - Beach Place #106

Thank you for providing such a lovely condo! The view is spectacular and there is no shortage of space!! The patio table could be replaced as it is rusted but we will definitely be back!!!

The unit was awesome for our family. Corner unit, just above the pool, views of the channel and beach were gorgeous. Easy to walk under the bridge to John's pass. Short staircase if you dont want to wait for elevator. 2 parking spaces. Beach has some debris from hurricanes, tile pieces, concrete in sand. Bring swim shoes for the littles. Highly recommend. We had two familes and had more than enough room!

Place was overall just fine an what we expected. The property is undergoing a few renovations due to previous storm damage but it didn't affect our stay, we had a good time and everything was as we figured it would be. Nice location being so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops

Reviewer Comments: Just the diference from arriving on a Wed and seeing the piles of sand and dirt in the pool, until Satm 3 days later, the work that was done to smooth out the piles of sand and clean the pool was amazing. We saw such a transformation in jut 3 days, unbelievable what great work was performed so the beach and pool could re-open. Great job.

John's Pass shops and restaurants were just across the street. The only negative I would give is that the public parking is next door and they walk in and put up their tents and chairs in front of you if you rent a chair and umbrella. This might only be a problem on busy days like holidays.

Watch the dolphins come out of the bay in the morning and go back into the bay in the evenings. Cant forget to mention the most gorgeous sunsets!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of three couples stayed here the week of April 5-13th 2024. The check in process was somewhat confusing requiring extra visits to the office before they closed. We stayed in unit 106 which is an end unit. Unfortunately it also was directly next to the public parking and beach access to Madeira Beach. Every morning for 7 days. we had a 7 am wake up call by the gentlemen hired to clean the public parking lot with large high powered and VERY LOUD blowers to clean the parking lot. You cannot enjoy sitting on your patio in the morning due to loud blowers. After sunset you can enjoy loud base boomin music and marijuana contact buzz from the people hanging out in the parking lot and squeals from rubber being laid upon their leaving. Beds and pillows were comfy. Unit is a bit older, however, nicely updated with comfortable seating for six adults. Beach is beautiful and pool has enough chairs and tables.
