Unit was in great condition. The building is right on the beach with easy access. The pool and lazy river area was great for the grandkids to enjoy.

This place is absolutely amazing. Everything was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable and the views were fantastic. Anything you could need was in walking distance. I highly recommend this place especially if you have young children. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We have stayed at several different condo’s at several different beaches over the years and this unit is far and away the nicest & cleanest condo. View from the living room and balcony is perfect. The kids loved the lazy river and water slide.

The condo was beautiful and very clean! Will stay there again

This was our first time staying at the Phoenix and we will definitely stay again. We loved the phoenix property itself, the size and the layout of the condo, the balcony, as well as the storage room across the hall. This particular condo, however, has some issues. Many of the wall outlets did not work or only one of the plugs in the outlet would work. The outlets themselves were the most difficult outlets to actually plug something into- I don’t know if there some kind of child protection going on with them but we had to shove our phone chargers in so hard and it would always spark. Kinda scary. The front door stopper wouldn’t stay up. It was great when we were bringing things in but someone had to hold it up for the door to close. There is nothing you can do about the brightness of the hallway lighting but better curtains in the two secondary bedrooms are needed. The light comes in from the bottom, top and edges. The balcony was great. Plenty of seating. This may have been user error but we couldn’t get the tvs to turn off. We could get the cable box off but the screensaver would just stay on. The remote power button would just turn the cable box back on.

Loved our stay here! The condo is wonderful. We are repeat visitors and plan to come again.

We had a great time at this property. The beach is really nice, and having a grocery store, pizza place and Jersey Mike's across the street was very convenient. The unit was clean, and the storage closet across the hall for sandy beach gear is great. The parking is close and covered.One thing to note is that if there is lightening within 10 miles of the property, they do close the indoor pool and hot tubs. We had storms the first day and a half we were there, so it was disappointing my kids couldn't use these facilities. I'm not sure what the rules are in other buildings, but they were swimming at the Hampton Inn next door.

Came for Mardi Gras break and enjoyed the beach and condo with the family.

Loved our stay! We definitely would come here again! The location is perfect. It just takes a short walk out past the pool to be right at the beach. The view from the huge balcony is amazing and we loved the big glass windows and sliding doors. It’s close to a couple grocery stores and restaurants so it’s easy to grab food. The check in process is super easy. We loved the keypad on the door, so there wasn’t any key to worry about keeping track of while at the water. The storage unit in the hallway next to the condo is also very convenient. We brought a lot of beach toys and chairs etc but still had plenty of space for it all and room for a lot more if needed. It was cooler but my kids still played in the lazy river and slide. The indoor pool was heated and there’s two nice big hot tubs to warm up in. We really enjoyed this rental and would definitely come again.

We usually visti PCB FL, but wanted to try another area. We loved the location of this condo, and the convenience of the parking being on the same side of road as condo! The parking was great as we could park anywhere in the complex. The condo itself was very clean and beautiful!! We had one question, and the host was very prompt with her response. Really liked that there is a separate room across hall from condo to store our beach stuff--awesome idea!!! We liked the option to use the lazy river too!!! Condo is close to walmart (right across street!), and resturants, and activities. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

This condo has lots of space. Bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. Beautiful view. Plenty of parking and the number of elevators made moving in and out very convenient. We loved the location. One unfortunate con was the outdoor furniture. Table is rusted with holes from rust. Chairs are rusted too but fine to sit on.

Everything was just as it's described and listed. Great view, just as beautiful in person as in the pictures and not 1 problem at all!! Amenties great for the kids as well. Owner responded quickly to any questions I had prior to booking and was very helpful. I never had to contact owner or any line of contact while staying because everything was available as needed from the start. Made our stay very easy! Highly recommend and would book again! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo!

This co do was very clean and comfortable for our family of 7 adults and three kids under 3. The BB location was ideal with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and fun activities only a few minutes driving time. Beach access was easy, the whole family enjoyed the lazy River, indoor pool and hot tubs. Star were foremast at check in and security was checked to be sure only guests were using the amenities. The $60 parking pass per vehicle was a surprise which I don't think was in the listing, but overall the condo and host met my expectations. Big thumbs up! I would stay here again.

Our party of 4 spent a long weekend here, and we had a great time! Everything was as listed, but we were unable to get the ice maker in the wet bar to work. It wasn't an issue for our group.
