The sinks need to be cleaned out as they drain slow. Nice balcony but needs a ceiling fan.

Reviewer Comments: Other than the constant drilling in the early morning from the construction workers no sleeping in late, it was decent also the room needs to be fullyupdated. Very close to John‘s pass boardwalk, 7-Eleven convenience store and two grocery stores are close by. Nice fishing on the beach and also John’s pass. The hot tub is nice. Pool was also good too, but the pool area needs to be pressure washed maintenance workers are very nice. Easy access to the beach. One thing is the elevator needs to be fully updated. Seems like I spent a quarter of my vacation waiting for the elevator And good luck if you can afford staying in the condo prices keep soaring. Would be nice to have some type of discount / deal for long-term repeat customers.

Condo was a little outdated but it worked perfect for our vacation. We would go back and the building and grounds themselves were very clean and updated. The office took care of us and were very helpful. We had a great Vacation.

The beds were broke down very uncomfortable and you need to find a new cleaning crew. they don’t clean very well. I will never stay here again.. if you’re buying an investment as a rental, at least keep it updated. Make it worth the stay. Instead of being a slumlord. but overall, the outside of the property was very beautiful.

Kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we ate in. Beds are a little firm. Kitchen chairs and balcony chairs could be replaced. We're a little flimsy. But, overall we had a great time. Location was easy walking to johns pass and caddys. Trolley stops right out front for longer trips. A lot of codes to remember. Elevator, pool/beach gate, bathroom, condo codes. Put my brain to work.

We didn't have a car bu t we enjoyed walking to where we wanted to go. Plenty to do and see in the area. SunHosts Resorts are very pleasant to work with.Definitely will go back.

The door to the balcony off the master bdrm had mold on the inside of the door. I cleaned it off with clorox wipes. The kitchen floor was dirty along the baseboards. Beautiful view and pool area but could be cleaner.
