The unit is nice and spacious and the location is amazing.

We very much enjoyed the Gulf breezes and the summertime night skies. Our condo was ready when we got there. It was clean and we'll supplied with all the necessities. We would recommend to anyone to come here and enjoy Florida at the edge of the Gulf.

Toilet in master bedroom kept running, then overflowed unto bathroom floor. Condo door key code didn’t work every time only sporadically.kitchen lower cabinet doors seemed broken hinge not working properly.

The Beach Place is located directly across from John’s Pass making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The building is dated and could use some upgrading. The coded process to get anywhere is less than desirable but works. The furniture in the living room could use a deep clean. All the furniture including the beds is extremely comfortable. There are new appliances and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The only miss is a Keurig maker! Overall a great option for vacationing in St Pete!!

It is big enough to accommodate all 7 of us and the unit was so clean, spacious and well-decorated. The walk in shower is just what my disabled husband needs, too. Hope to be back next year! My grandson wanted us to move his auntie and their dogs down from Mass. so we would never have to leave!

We wouldn't be able to stay there in the heat of the summer.Some of the blinds were broken.one bed headboard broken.But beds very comfortable. Unit was clean except for the carpet. It turned our feet black. Great location. Pool and grounds very clean. Perfect access to the beach. Public parking lot next door should be closed at night. Not the units fault. Beautiful beach. We had a great time.

Reviewer Comments: This should have been the perfect vacation spot for us 4 friends, but although the location was perfect, there were too many annoyances to overlook. It started with spotting 2 roaches the first night/day we were there. Mgt sent over the bug guy the next day who only sprayed the kitchen and one bathroom since we had no notice he was coming. It did nothing, we saw many more roaches thruout the unit during the week. Pool rules were not enforced with tons of inflatables in the pool and everyone saving chairs with their towels. Often there were no chairs left for us and no room in the pool either with all the screaming kids and their toys. We were bothered a few more times with no notice: Mgt coming in to change the furnace filter, Mgt coming in with dogs to sniff for bed bugs, and the worst was when our hallway was roped off to have the floors refinished. We were told this would happen on Thursday, but didn't know it would be for 5 hrs that we couldn't get in or out of our unit. And we were never called to tell us it was dry so we could leave or return to our unit. Thankfully the weather was nice and location perfect so we did have fun. But we will not be back to this building Beach Place #206

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cleanest area was the pool ... wonderful worker! The condo is in desperate need of an upgrade and get rid of the very worn bedroom carpets. The thin worn bath towels that we were given were an embarrassment. And shame on not providing beach towels and chairs to guests who are flying into town. In my 8 years of renting on the gulf, I've never had to bring my own. Bottom line--- I expect something at least as good as what I have at home and it wasn't that condo. The few times I had to go the the office, the 2 women barely looked up from their computer to address my questions. I'm sure there are plenty of people who would love their jobs, if they're that unhappy. The location was the only positive.
