Direct Beachfront at Incredible Sunset Vistas. Resort Style Heated Pool

No frills - but gets the job done! We enjoyed our stay, GREAT location and to our surprise during the kite festival, lovely to wake up and see the kites right out our porch! Gave a 3 as the place is dated, the mattress was great, but in a very squeaky bed frame. Kitchen items were stocked but limited. No trash bags, no Kleenex, no soap in master shower and the electrical kept tripping. Other than this (which were minor) we had a nice stay. Hope to be back…

Nice condo. This is our 6th stay at Sunset Vistas and first at this condo. Loved how the parking spot was close to elevator. Through no fault of hosts, we weren't able to access the beach in front of the condo, and Sunset Vistas maintenance was loud (we took walks to get away from sandblasting). Hosts were easy to contact, and unit had all amenities as promised.

Great stay

We stayed a full week two couples for an anniversary trip. If you have more it will be a bit tight BUT the views are AMAZING and you are steps from the beach. They are still recovering at some locations in the area BUT there was so much that is open we had NO issues. Did I mention the views! They even accommodated us with a early check-in since our flight changed. I would stay again if we head back to the area for the convenience to the beach and views!

Property is great close to walk to car and beach. Great pool loce having a bar on site. This was my second time staying here in two months.

This was a great condo for our 5 person - 2 family group. The only thing is you may fight over who gets the master bedroom with the balcony view. This is a 3rd floor, right across from the elevator so it's got easy access. There's a cafe on site and a bar directly under your balcony that sees lots of action. The only thing I could complain about was that the gate to go to the beach is right outside so you hear the gate slamming shut all day. But the easy access is fantastic. I enjoyed our stay so much! The pool and hot tub are wonderful. Parking is right by the bar so it's under the condo. Very close to so many attractions. I had 4 manatees swim right up to me touching me!!!

We have stayed at Sunset Vistas many times, but this was probably our best experience! Great view great amenities, and great communication!

The location was great and parking was right across from elevator and the walk to the water was very short. Other location have a much longer walk to the water. Great view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets.

The location was excellent and quick to the beach. The condo was clean and in a good location. My one complaint was the bed in the master bedroom - it was simply unsleepable so we slept on the couch.

This rental was absolutely everything we could have hoped for, we loved it and will likely be back. The reserved parking spot was such a bonus, the provided beach umbrella and beach chairs were used everyday and the washer/dryer in unit made traveling with kids so much easier.My only tips would be:1.Bring some sort of sound machine (we used an app on an ipad) for anyone sleeping in the smaller bedroom. The noise wasn't bad but the window goes out to the hallway and if you have kiddos going to bed early it helps to muffle any sounds. 2. Bring laundry detergent 3. If you plan to sit on the patio after sunset bring a citronella candle

This property was as listed. Worked perfect for a long weekend for 4 people enjoying the Treasure Island area. If bringing more people, could be tight for bedroom space. Also, parking for more than 1 vehicle could be a problem, if needed.

Place was perfect, well kept and easy access to beach. Owners were accommodating and easy to work with.

It was an amazing time! Everything was so beautiful cant wait to go again.

Amazing view and love how the balcony is set up, where you truly have your own privacy! And bonus is the property has a elevator that is RIGHT across from the condo!!!
