Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had a great stay and enjoyed our week there. The staff were courteous and helpful. Our rental was spacious, CB lean and best of all looking over the beach. Plenty to do just across the street at Johns Pass. Everyone we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful time, the beach was amazing. Dolphins and Pelicans everywhere :) Boardwalk grill has wonderful staff and food! We could eat more because the elevator is not yet working so we did lots of stairs :)

The condo was SO outdated compared to the other condo's in the same facility. The pictures on the website did NOT do justice once you see the condo in person. Windows didn't lock, nothing matched. The kitchen didn't include the fully stocked kitchen. It did not even have a pan to make bacon or a cutting board. The beds where horrible, the cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms are falling apart. The smoke detector did NOT work. The shower heads in both bathrooms barely let any water out. The carpet was gross and did not match. Why have carpet in a condo on the water w/ sand? We will NEVER stay at 310 again!

Wonderful family reunion experience. Will return every other year but must be to updated clean unit.

Kids love the heated pool in March.

This particular unit is in dire need of an update. It is clean, but it is so old that it feels dirty. Not a unit that we will stay in again, which is a shame because there are so many nice units at Beach Place.

Mattresses in the master bedroom should be replaced,not very comfy!The carpeting does not look that good and would look better with something else. We had lovely weather which was great! The location was beyond our expectations and the accommodations were equally as great. The beach itself was beautiful and all the surroundings Johns Pass was a pleasure. In all it provided us with everything we were looking forward to. We plan to revisit the first chance we have. In addition, I would highly recommend Sunhost to my friends. Also, kiddos to your staff.
