Stayed Jun 14, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors were filthy when we arrived, but Sunhost sent someone to re-mop floors. A few maintenance issues, but nothing we called about. Major issue is the quality of mattresses - was like sleeping on a lumpy board. We argued about who would get to sleep on the couch. If they replace mattresses would be a 4*. No ice or filtered water on fridge. Elevator doesn’t always work. So, be prepared to carry luggage or other stuff up 4 flights of stairs.

Stayed Feb 17, 2025The condo was exactly as pictured! The only complaint we had was the elevator not working but that is out of their control. We will definitely be back!

Even though back home weather was unusually warm and without snow, Madeira Beach was better. Two slightly annoying things this year, the upper floor unit had very loud noisey running back and forthanytime it was occupied. And there were many small children dominating the pool area this year

Would never rent that unit agin unless new beds. If they do replace them, I would definitely return.

Mainly with non-functional ice maker and a shower that wouldn't drain plus tired decor that's at least 20 years out of date
