We loved how stocked this home was, and how clean it was. It smelled fresh, not like cleaning chemicals. The beds were comfortable and it was so inviting. Also loved the labels for guidance :) The view and sunsets from the balcony were amazing. I would book from this host again!

This is an INCREDIBLE corner unit that is decorated perfectly for Marco. We loved the kitchen and open balcony. This is our second time staying at one of Ginny’s properties. Both times were flawless stays. The biblical quotes are such a nice touch to the condo. We watched Manatees, Dolphins and Sea turtles everyday from the balcony. Even got to watch a decent size Lemon shark cruising along the beach early one morning. (Yes the ocean has sharks). Marco is such a unique place to stay. So close to the Everglades and the Keys. If you want to go eat somewhere special, go to the Oyster Society ! You will NOT be disappointed. My only regret giving such praise to this condo and to Ginny. Is the chance of making this harder to rent next year. Thanks again for sharing your Home away from Home Ginny. Till next time, Brian & Regena

We had an excellent week and would happily return. This is the 2nd time in 2 years that we have booked this condo. The condo is exactly as pictured and described, and is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway on Marco Island!

This condo was the nicest one I've stayed in... And I've stayed in some nice ones. The host, Jenny, was so responsive any time I contacted. She was great to work with.The whole condo was spotless. The beach view was wonderful and the laundry was excellent.I would definitely stay here again.

Best location on Marco. Gracious host and ALL you need to relax and enjoy is included. Highly recommend 1601 after many stays on Marco.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The unit has breathtaking views of the Gulf and a bonus is its corner unit so it’s gives you more of a panoramic view. We woke up to dolphins swimming by and saw the best sunsets we’ve ever seen at night. Our photos look fake and don’t do it justice. The actual unit has such thoughtful and tasteful accents that make it a cross between luxury living and a homey/relaxed beach feel. Every detail was thought of: the tiles in the bathrooms, the gold accents, the beautiful cabinets, gourmet appliances, and even little things like hand soap, paper products, laundry detergent, spices, ect. The beds were very comfortable and the beach gear made it such an easy vacation. We only had to get the groceries! Ginny was so easy to communicate with and gave us great recommendations for activities. Captain Ron’s jet skiing to see dolphins (now called Wow-adventures) and Everglades City airboat tours. She was also incredibly helpful when we needed to get our 8 year old to an urgent care asap. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Condo was everything we expected, the owner was very informative on how to check in as well as being helpful in the attractions we were interested in and how to obtain what was needed to achieve the best vacation experience.

We had a wonderful stay here at Marco Island. The condo was very nicely renovated, comfortable beds and furniture. And the view was incredible! Being an end unit on the point gave you water views from every window (we called it our cruise ship because being on the 16th floor all you can see is the beautiful Gulf of Mexico). And absolutely stunning sunsets. Thank you for hosting us!

This was the best apartment that I have been in on Marco Island.

This is the type of place that you don’t want to tell anyone about because you want it all to yourself! This was hands down the best place we’ve stayed on Marco island. We can’t wait to plan our next trip!!

Great views and beach

We absolutely loved our stay. The newly-remodeled and redecorated unit was gorgeous. We loved the thoughtful touches like the coffee supplies, nice dishes and wine glasses, lovely hand soaps and nice, big beach towels with new beach chairs, umbrella and cart. The check-in process was seamless and communication was great. And you can’t beat the Gulf view from the wrap-around balcony! We would definitely come back.

I’ve been coming to Marco Island and renting for 45 years, and this condo truly stands out as one of the best. As a corner unit, it offers an incredible wraparound view of the beach and the island—absolutely a 10/10. The sunsets over the Gulf were stunning, and we enjoyed them right from the comfort of the living room and balcony. The entire unit has been completely renovated with brand new appliances, large TVs, and updated bathrooms. Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully furnished. Beach access was smooth and easy, and the condo came fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the owners were great to work with. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a top-tier stay on Marco Island.

What a spectacular condo. Updated and beautiful. Every detail is covered. Outstanding view, well appointed kitchen, great beds, full size washer & dryer. It was a great gift to experience Ginny's lovely condo.

Just a stunning remodel floor to ceiling. This is modern beach house done to perfection. A 16th Floor view of the Gulf, miles of sugar beach, amazing sunsets, and flip flop distance to a burger on the beach. Comfortable for singles or a family, quietly elegant, every amenity thoughtfully provided. Can't wait to come back.

Everything except the weather was great! The condo was perfect location and the view was exceptional. Check in and check out was easy. The location was perfect, and with us being familiar with the area made it even better. Would love to stay again. Communication with Ginny was great!
