Ceiling fan was wired to a long lamp cord going across ceiling down wall behind bed that was wired into a surge protector, barely hanging up floors dirty

Awesome view. Friendly staff. Easy access to beach, pool, and tiki bar. Only negative was that the building’s ice machine on 2nd floor did not work but it was okay since the unit had ice trays to use.

Host was very welcoming. Condo was wonderful. Loved our balcony beautiful sunsets. We will definately be back.

Enjoyed the accommodations and especially the Gulf View. Locations of light switches for many were confusing especially the microwave and electrical outlet. Overall a nice stay. Thank you!

Beautiful Beach view from ocean front balcony! Awesome condo with very comfortable bed and couch. Loved the cleanliness of the room with kitchen. Close to great dining with fantastic Tiki Bar and pool! Loved the condo and will definitely stay again!

The property smelled so strong of ammonia (cleaning product) that it took 3 days for it to dissipate. I have asthma so it flared that up. Closet door doesn’t open easily, needs repair. Otherwise view was great and we enjoyed our stay

View and closeness to the beach was perfect. The room however was filthy and worn out. Had a mgr. come see it and he was very apologetic said they would refund cleaning charge. Sliding closet door was so rusted that you couldn’t even move it. Against all safety codes, no smoke detectors or fire extinguisher. Mgr. said someone must have stolen it. No bath or hand soap,also molding around ceiling was falling off, hanging down over the wall.

Property was very nice. Great access to the beach with bungalows immediately available to rent. Location to restaurants was spot on as well. From seafood to Italian to great brewery all within just a few minutes drive

First night was rough, but the rest of our trip was amazing! Beautiful view! Beautiful beach! Tiki Bar is a great addition! Clean establishment. Limited parking on property.

The ocean view was wonderful. The inn was very clean and tiki bar was fun. The pool was very nice as well.If I were to give some teeny tiny suggestions- it would be the bed spread needs to be replaced and the walls need to be painted with a different color trim might make it look refreshed. Couch and some furnishing are a bit tried, but coffee maker very nice.It was a great place!

The condo was exactly as described. Had everything we needed. Perfect location for us. Easy walk to Publix and a couple restaurants. Everyone at the condo and Tiki Bar are friendly. The beach wasn't too crowded. We love coming to Island Inn!

Property was exactly as listed! There was also beach chairs, and a cooler which was very useful to have! Would stay here again

We love it here! A great place to stay and relax by the water and with amazing views. A great pool and tiki bar. The room is always clean and the people accommodating. Highly recommend!

We did have a good stay. The only issue was there was a slight musty odor when we arrived. We also pulled out a spare comforter and it was dirty. I still give it a solid 4. Hopefully Treasure Island can totally recover soon.

To me, this is the perfect spot to stay when you want to go truly enjoy the beach/area for a reasonable cost and don’t need the convenience/luxury of a nice hotel. We are a childless couple in our late 30s and were traveling for a wedding/extra chill days and it was just right for us. We will be back. Pros: - literally on the beach, a very nice part of it. Our 4th floor room had a balcony overlooking a beautiful beach - great value compared to other spots nearby - friendly staff - pretty clean - comfortable bed/couch/dining set (minus flat pillows) - Nice kitchenette. We didn’t use it for much but it was well-equipped - We didn’t try the tiki bar or pool, but it looked great - Parking is easy, free for 1 vehicle, and on premises Cons: - TV is small, old, and not smart. You shouldn’t be wasting your time on tv here anyway :) - The listing said coffee was provided but I arrived and there was none. They resolved it the next morning. Things to know: - soap, shampoo, etc is enough for like 1 use, not as much as you’d get in a hotel and not replenished - If maintenance or anyone needs to enter your room for some reason while you’re gone, it will deactivate your room keys.

The whole process was easy, great communication and availability. Room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend

The condo was perfect. I came down for a wedding. My husband couldn’t make it, but it would be perfect for a couple (even with one or two small children). It isn’t boujee, it is simple, and stocked with all your needs. It is a little dated, but I was looking for comfort and location, so it was ideal. The bed was comfortable(didn’t check the pullout) The staff was so friendly. Sonya at the front desk was a sweetheart. My questions through text were answered immediately. The tiki bar was convenient. Limited food, but yummy. The view….hands down the best. I had great weather, so I watched God’s beautiful paintings every evening. Breathtaking. The beach was clean. I’ve visited Florida probably 40 times and stayed on all sides and all over. I would book here again. Thanks for a lovely stay!
