Stayed Dec 3, 2025We saw beautiful sunsets from our balcony. The Condo was clean and well appointed. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Since we book off season, there were times it felt like we had the beach to ourselves.We definitely would consider staying there again

Stayed Aug 9, 2025The main issue we had was that the property was advertised to have a pool. That was very important to us as we were traveling with a 7mo old to Florida in August. It’s the only filter we had on when searching. There was a pool but it wasn’t open and the story kept changing as to why. We were never offered any compensation and the whole thing seemed very dishonest. Besides that it’s a nice condo in a good location. We did have to exterminate one cockroach but it didn’t seem to be an issue. The condo was clean and stocked with a lot of extras.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025This condo was SPECTACULAR! We have been staying at Kima for several years and this by far was our favorite unit. The decor was beautiful and well maintained furniture, etc. Everything we needed was there. Communication was great also. Of course as always, the sunsets were gorgeous from the beach or the balcony. Our only fuss was that the pool was closed all week.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025Great to see Madeira Beach continuing to recover from the hurricane. We had enjoyable time! Balcony is great for sunset watching and hearing the ocean. Pool had just opened and chairs put back out at end end of our stay.

Reviewer Comments: Return renter to Kima 105 and the second time was just as good as the first. Great location— steps from the beach, walking distance to several restaurants and a short drive to other restaurants and shops. Very clean!! And several beach supplies for us to use— umbrella, beach towels, tubes, sand toys, cooler, chairs. As long as we continue to come to this area we’ll stay here for sure!
