I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was good. Overall the unit was nice but the dryer needs some attention. It took 2-3 cycles to dry a load of towels. The screen that comes out to remove the lint has a rip in it and lots of stuff is likely getting where it shouldn't be and affecting the performance and likely safety of the dryer.

Reviewer Comments: As always a beautiful view, pool, very clean, front bedroom with single bed, horrible mattress, with amount of money paid that should really be replaced. Extremely uncomfortable/ and I’m not that picky!

The unit was satisfactory. Needs a coat of paint and some new kitchen furniture. Broken furniture stored in the closet which was not convenient. Kitchen could use some new dishes and serving dishes and bowls. Overall good time.
