Reviewer Comments: Starting with the broken, buttoned, warped floor elevator and headed up to our dirty, dingy, smelly long hallway to our unit. The unit was by first glance clean enough. It needs a modern update. The furniture is unattractive, old, large, heavy and bulky. Most all surfaces in this condo were dirty/grimy. Picture frames, moldings, display shelves, bed frames. I looked down behind my headboard for something i lost and it was knee deep in grimy dust. I slept with my head on the other end for the rest of my stay. Location was nice, local eating was good, beach was lovely. Fridge was grimy. Stove was grimy. Rest of kitchen was ok.

Linens and dishes were clean. Bathroomwas very clean. Air conditioning is weak and struggles to maintain 72°. Pool and surroundings very clean. Gas grilles worked very well.

The condo is furnished beautifully, but could use an update on bathroom and kitchen.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property did not meet our minimal expectations! It started in the elevator which was pretty beat up and not too clean. Next was the hallway going to the unit. The carpeting was worn and stained badly from years of use. The walls and doors to other units were niched, scratched and gouged.The main living and dining area of our unit #240 was good. It had a nice view of the ocean, and the furniture was also good.The kitchen was clean but had a very chipped up tile floor and 1 florescent bulb was burned out. The dishes and appliances were good.They bedroom was barely ok with very stained and spotted carpeting. Lighting was minimal with 1 small table lamp.The bathroom was bad/dirty. The baseboards had years of stuff stuck to them. The floor near the base boards was stained. The grout by the tub floor was missing/black. The floor around the sink cabinet was stained and dirty. The door(s) had dirt around a big area of the doorknobs.There was some mold in places. All in all, the area was very nice, the swimming pool and grounds well maintained, but the building interior not so good. We will not return.

When I visit, I must stay Gulf frt.Check in was so easy. They even called me earlier than expected which was nice .Loved that I was literally minutes from walking to Johns Pass from the beach or the street !The condo was clean ,roomy & had everything we needed. Will stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
