Direct Beach access/Ocean View Performing Arts Haven

Beautiful space. Very easy to find. Parking lot made it convenient. The outdoor spaces had amazing views. Very quiet.

I really enjoyed my solo stay here and felt completely safe! Highly recommend for friends, family or solo! Great place to get away a recharge! Would come back to this same place again! Best vacation ever!

This is a beautiful location, just steps from the beach. The Villa was immaculate and communication from the hosts were excellent. Lots to do in walking distance would highly recommend and will definitely rent in the future.

This was a wonderful, quaint condo and area. The location is great- walkable to a grocery store, restaurants and the hotel where you check in, have continental breakfast, swim/game room, and coffee. The condo has a couch bed, twin blow up mattress and toiletries. Having never been to this area of California, the foliage was spectacular- very beautiful! The only caution I would have is there are steep steps to get down to the ocean nearby and the parking is also very tight. I would imagine some vehicles could not fit in the parking area. Overall, incredible stay, so memorable…loved the retreat condos/area!

Nestled in the hills overlooking the vast Pacific Ocean is this gem of an apartment — great views and a perfect location. There is a Ralph's Supermarket 2 blocks away (across the Pacific Coast Highway) and the Orange Inn, which is an amazing breakfast / lunch spot, right around the corner. This property is in walking distance to everything in Laguna Beach — all the shops, restaurants, and bars. The beach is easily accessible, and everything felt very safe. Parking was snug, so bring a compact car. And free breakfast is provided at the check-in location across the street — free use of the pool there, as well. It is as advertised. Great place — 10 stars!

Really enjoyed our stay. The villa was close to the beach and there were a lot of nice restaurants and shops in the area.

Loved our stay. Very close walk to food and the beach. Was worried about the narrow staircase up to the place and down to the beach but our 4 and 6 year olds were champs! Beautiful views! Would totally stay here again when in Laguna Beach.

John, the manager on duty assisted us with our luggage and was very professional.. The gas barbecue tank was empty and they went to the store to replace. Having a walk-in shower versus a tub is very necessary. Location, location, location, perfect

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this pleasant bungalow. Great location to everything one needs. Comfortable bed and tranquil. Wonderful to hear the ocean waves. We definitely will be back.

Cute , very clean and cozy beach cabin with a beautiful view. It was relaxing hearing the waves at night and being back where I used to live. Perfect location!! You can easily grab coffee and breakfast on the corner and walk over to Ralph's if you need to stock the kitchen. I can only say wonderful things about the place and our stay there. Definitely worth visiting! We'll be back!

The property was not perfect but it worked for us very well. Description was accurate, the villa was maintained quite well for being right on the ocean, and check-in was simple. It's hard to beat these villa's for location and everyone we dealt with was very nice. This was our third stay at The Retreat and we hope to stay there again soon.

The location of this place was perfect: right next to the beach and close to restaurants and the grocery store. It was private and the deck was great. Everything was clean and check out was easy. We will definitely be back!

Easy beach access and walking distance to all you would need. Outside patio was great to have and watch the ocean. Hosts are very nice and accommodating and response time is fabulous! Great place for 2 people even though it sleeps four. Parking is right outside your door but it's very tight and hard to get in and out. I would definitely come back! We had a great time

Premier property. Ocean view from deck and short walk to stairs to beach. Easy walk to downtown and restaurants. Well kept and tasteful decor. Really enjoyed the property.

Very easy walk to the beach, nice balcony eating area with umbrella, close to Orange inn and the taco stand for good quick bite. Would come back!

Our stay was pure bliss. Sit on the patio and view the ocean. Community patio with nice view. Stairs go right down to Cleo Beach. Taco shop and breakfast spot very close by. Quiet and peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Laguna Beach. Everything was as advertised, and the photos were accurate. Could hear the waves from our deck, and had a beautiful view from the shared deck. Enjoyed the private deck also, and the quick access to the beach.

Came to stay for a few days and everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect, a quick 5-10 minute walk into downtown and just a few steps from the beach! The views were incredible! Everything was well communicated throughout our stay. Would recommend!

The townhouse was exactly what we were looking for. It was comfortable and clean. The location is excellent as you are a short walk away from all of the restaurants and art galleries. The beach is a three minute walk down the street. We are already planning our next visit and plan to stay at the same place! Highly recommended!!!

Great location! We didn't move our car the entire stay because we could walk everywhere.

The location and view from this unit made it stand out. The restaurants, beach, shops were all so accessible by walking, and I loved how the unit had two bathrooms and full kitchen. Bed was also so comfortable. Place felt a bit snug and dark, but had everything that anyone needs. Will be back another time.

This lovely place next to the ocean was the perfect spot for our family to decompress.

Perfect location and beautiful view of ocean sitting on the deck and watching the surfers. Very private and quiet. The location could not have been better. Only 1 block to beach and less than a half mile walk down the beach to downtown. Great restaurants nearby. Grocery store 1 block away. The communication and responsiveness of the host was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. I really can't say enough good things about it. My wife and I came for our anniversary and it was a wonderful and romantic place to be. They even had a fireplace. We will definitely stay here again. 5+ stars.

Loved my stay! I was traveling solo for the first time ever and felt extremely safe at this location and in the neighborhood. It was perfect for my beach vacation and loved the location! Peaceful and quiet as well.
