Stayed Jul 28, 2025The beach access was beautiful but the condo wqs rough. Dirty rug and couch. Still buried in sand from the last hurricane. Expected it to be nicer for the cost.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025We loved the direct access to the beach. The unit was nice and clean. New appliances in the kitchen. The couch could use an upgrade. The cushions are very small and its difficult for adults to sit on it comfortably. We loved the massage recliner.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been coming to the area for 4 years now and wanted to try somewhere new and boy we were not disappointed! We got the room on the beach with our own private access and it was amazing. Room was beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice. Staff was great and the parking was perfect. We will be booking with RVA every year.

Stayed May 23, 2025The beach, pool, and common areas were fabulous. The condo is in much need of TLC. My elderly parents and kids couldnt open the sliding glass door because it is rusted and wont stay in the track. Main bathroom has a rusty tub and molded tile. The dishwasher leaked and the condo is not well equiped to use the kitchen. For the price we expected a more updated condo. As native Floridians we understand recovering from hurricanes, but some of the issues are easily fixable. The unit also needs a vacuum for guests to clean. The unit was dirty upon arrival. We had to clean bacon off the counters and floor.

Stayed Apr 28, 2025Very clean, wonderful refurbished from last years hurricane, comfortable beds and plenty of linens.As a local but 20 miles East of the beach this is my best option for a calm peaceful beach few days.

Reviewer Comments: We had a group of friends who had a fun time and enjoyed the accommodations. The unit was clean and is a great location as it has beach and gulf front access. This was the second time I stayed in this unit. Great location.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was right on the beach with great access. The apartment was nice and had some room. My main complaints would be the cleanliness and conditions. For example, the utensil tray was very dirty and we felt we had to wash everything before we used it. Secondly, there were quite a few ants. We had a good time and enjoyed the location but doubt we will ask for this particular unit again. The RVA agents are very nice and accommodating so we will definitely use RVA again.
