Direct and Unobstructed Lake Views, Pool & Hot Tubs, On Lake Dillon

Property was great and the view was stunning from the balcony ...looking over lake Dillon was nice and will stay again ?

There is a fantastic view of the mountains and lake from the living room window but the kitchen was not very well equipped. There was a pepper shaker but no salt or other seasonings. There weren't enough pots and pans. No steamer for vegetables. No aluminum foil or any other things like baggies. It would have been nice if the place had a few more of these types of things. The grill went out while trying to cook chicken. Upon further inspection the grill parts were rusted and had fallen inside the grill. It needs to be repaired or replaced. There was one washing machine pod for one load of laundry. Most places I have stayed have been better equipped. At one point we tried to leave but the deadbolt was jammed and would not release. Maintenance came promptly and eventually it operated correctly. All in all it wasn't that bad of a place it just needed to be better equipped.

Location, location, location!! Gorgeous view (even in the winter), everything (restaurants, grocery, ski shops) is close by… as for the place, no frills but it’s very clean and comfy and very spacious for a family of 4. The Grill works! Love that the unit has a designated covered parking and has a working elevator! Keystone is only 6-7 miles away and Breck is about 10-12 miles away.

Property in great condition. Fireplace was great to warm up after a day of skiing. Beds were comfortable. Great view and location.

The location was perfect. Used the bike trail everyday. The fall colors were assume. Great time in the mountains along the lake.

Everything was great except the add said to use lock box and it was really touch pad on door. When we arrived it was dark and we tried many times to open the lock box. We called and they did returned call back right away and explained it was the door keypad. All was good then.

This property is a little slice of heaven! The view is spectacula! It’s so convenient to Lake Dillon, the amphitheater, Tiki Bar, Pug Ryan’s etc we never had to take the car out and had plenty to do. The bed is also so comfortable! Will definitely visit again!

The house is great but management is unresponsive and not flexible at all. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 10am? That is pretty brutal all things considered. You pay for a $250-300 cleaning fee but it is required for you to put the dishwasher on

We really liked our stay. The place has everything you need. It was comfortable, and we felt right at home. The view of the Tenmile Range from the deck never gets old. I would rent again.

COMFORTABLE

We enjoyed out stay in this comfy condo. The location right next to Lake Dillon was ideal for all of our summer activities! It had comfortable bedding and everything we needed in the kitchen!

Great location! Easy access to get to everything we had planned to do.
