Walk to the Dillon Marina for boating and sailing, stroll to the Amphitheatre for summer concerts, explore the bike path just below the building, or head to nearby dining and pickleball courts. In winter, you’re just minutesfrom Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek.

Inside, the condo has been fully refreshed in 2026 with new furniture, updated fixtures, fresh paint, and all-new beds. The living area features a brand-new, comfortable sofa, cozy fireplace, curated art collection, and large windows that frame the lake and mountains. Smart TVs are available in the living room and both bedrooms.
