Each room offers these stunning views so you can drift off watching the city’s lights twinkle and reflect off the lake below.

Warm, cosy beds in Winter

The master and guest bedrooms are on the top level and feature an en-suite bathroom, walk-in showers and wardrobes. Downstairs, the ground-level guest bedroom can offer either a king-sized bed or two king singles and also features a shower and bath. Simply let us know which bed configuration you’d like when you book and we’ll make the beds up for your arrival. All bedrooms feature ample storage space for your suitcases and clothes.



Every room in this fully double-glazed luxury central Queenstown accommodation features controlled heating, with wall mounted heat pump and gas fire place in the lounge for extra warmth. Luxury, soft, oversized towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hair dryers are provided in each bathroom.



Guest Access:

Self check-in using a key from the Lockbox located at the front door. Guests are requested to arrive before 9pm on the day of arrival to ensure we can offer assistance where required.



The Neighborhood:

Queenstown, New Zealand, sits on the shores of the South Island’s Lake Wakatipu, set against the dramatic Southern Alps. Renowned for adventure sports, it’s also a base for exploring the region’s vineyards and historic mining towns. There's many adrenaline activities including bungee jumping off Kawarau Bridge, jet-boating on the Shotover and Dart rivers, skydiving and white water rafting. In winter, there's skiing on the slopes of The Remarkables, Coronet Peak and Cardrona local ski fields.



Getting Around:

Located a few minutes drive from the heart of Queenstown and 10mins from the airport. Taxi's cost approx $5 into Queenstown.



Other Things to Note:

For bookings of seven nights or more your holiday home will be serviced mid-stay. For additional servicing, request prior to arrival, charges apply. At no cost, we can supply a high chair and portacot for infants, simply request at time of booking.



This property requires a $500.00 NZD security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in.



Five night minimum stay over Christmas and New Year. ‘From’ price reflects minimum number of guests at low season.

    This place was amazing. From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable and indulged. The view of the lake was amazing and the facilities of this 3 level townhouse were top shelf.

    We had a really great time in Queenstown and at this apartment. Julie was really helpful. We had a slight issue but Julie got it fixed really quickly. She also provided a lot of information about things to do in Queenstown to make out stay great. We would be happy to stay again.

    Property was in a great position. In walking distance from restaurants, shops etc. We had 3 couples and having a seperate bathroom for each was the clincher for us. Would highly recommend. Communication was perfect too.

    Had a great stay here with two other couples. The only pain was the parking as they are doing major roadworks at the moment and there isn’t a lot of street parking during the day. There is only one park for the unit. We managed but it is something to be aware of.

    On arrival to the property the clearer/owner was still making beds and still getting the place ready. There was only one key and no garage remote . Batteries in remotes where flat and none to replace with. The bedrooms had no air-conditioning or fans. The top rooms where very hot at night because there was 0 airflow. There is only one car space which is inadequate considering the house is designed to accommodate 6 people. This is a great location yet for the price it is very excessive.

    What we expected from the description and online images was not only met buy exceeded. Photos of a very well presented, modern and up to date holiday home couldn't also convey just how comfortable all the beds were (got to love an excellent mattress when you're travelling!), the crisp, clean sheets and the great pillows. Having an ensuite to each bedroom is always a huge bonus but wow, a view of the lake and mountains from each bed? Fantastic. Easy walk or very quick drive to the water, cafes and gondola. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you

    Perfect 3 bed/ 3 bathroom for 3 couples. Great views but walking distance to all amenities in Queenstown.
