Destin Gulf Front Condo - Top Floor View of the Emerald Water

The location of the condo is wonderful!!! Direct access to the beach was fantastic. The condo was so cute and charming and clean. The kitchen had items you would need to enjoy any meal in if you weren’t up for leaving. The only thing I would mention to make it even better would be some different chairs in the balcony to enjoy the views even more! I would definitely stay here again!

This was the second year that we stayed at this location. It is a great condo and extremely convenient! The perfect size for us!

This was the first trip me and my 15 year old daughter took together. We had such a great time! The condo was awesome and just right size for us. She was so excited and to see her smile was everything!!! The view was perfect! I could listen to the waves all dayand night! We bought flah lights and went shell hunting at night. We collect quite a few! I saw a couple dolphins in the morning from the balcony. We took a dolphin sunset tour. Amazing! I also got her to go parasailing with me. We ate fantastic food and eveything was close if we needed anything. Shopping was also great! My car was full when we left. I could see us making this an annual trip and would love to stay here again! Thank you Frank for letting us enjoy your beautiful place! We didnt want to leave!!!

Great view overlooking the pool and Gulf. Can see dolphins from the room. Beach was great. Beds were nice. The tide pools at the end of the room were fun.

Great location and great view. Watched the boats go in and out everyday and watched dophlins almost everyday. Watched fireworks from the balcony on Friday night.The condo was clean and the view was awesome. The host were quick to respond with any questions.

Our stay was very good. The check-in was smooth and seamless. When we got to the room, it was clean and very accessible. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything we needed. The view was awesome and the property itself was well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool. We really enjoyed the area eateries (Bochamps oysters and shrimp were amazing), and enjoyed getting to know the area.Unfortunately, the fiber cable was accidentally severed eliminating wifi access. The property indicated it could be days before service would be restored. Since I was working and needed wifi for my work, so we made the decisiin to leave a couple days early.We would definitely recommended this unit to anyone looking for a quality vacation...very relaxing with plenty to do!

Absolutely loved the condo and building. Great access to beach and pool. Property manager wouldn’t allow us to have our own canopy at the back of the beach which was a bummer but overall great stay!! Would stay again!!

The condo is amazing. It was our 2nd year in a row staying in the same condo. I would recommend this property for everyone.

The room was absolutely perfect. Really enjoyed being on the balcony in the morning seeing dolphins.Frank was wonderful communicating from start to finish.Our family will most definitely stay here again.If there was any feedback, I could give to the resort it would be to get an ice maker on site.

Loved our stay! Condo and the complex was amazing!

My husband and I stayed in this condo for two full weeks. We were celebrating our 40 th anniversary, our retirements and my 60th birthday. Everything was perfect from booking to checking in to checking out! The condo its self was so very clean. We were very impressed. The owner was very easy to contact and replied very quickly. We will be staying again hopefully for two weeks again next year!!!!!

The condo and property/grounds were very clean. Condo was well equipped with essentials cooking, bathroom supplies etc. The view from the condo is worth the trip! We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to a future visit.

We had such a good time in Destin. The beach was so beautiful. The view from the condo was so beautiful. Being on the 7th floor, we had the best view of the Gulf of America!Our condo was decorated so cute. Everything was very clean and comfortable. What a great place. We enjoyed the Destin harbor walk and the seafood was so delicious. Another good reason to revisit Florida. Thank You to the owners for giving us the opportunity to stay at your place.

I was more than pleased with this condo! I encountered a lovely group of long term renters who welcomed me into their group. I played pickle ball daily, attended a pickle ball skills clinic, enjoyed a fish fry/ potluck attended by about 50 renters and participated in a beer tasting. And I was in a beautiful condo on a gorgeous beach!!

Condo was beautiful , spotless ,and well cared for. View was gorgeous. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay . Owners are fantastic . We will defiantly stay again. The Johnstons

We have been staying at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club for 20 years or more and always keep coming back. And we ALWAYS try to book this unit. The unit is really nice. Has a great view, plenty of storage, hangers, kitchen supplies, etc. The view from the 7th floor balcony of the aqua green water, and sandy white beach is awesome. The Holiday Surf and Racquet Club has the perfect location for all the great restaurants (and for shopping for my wife!). I just got back home yesterday and am already looking to book this unit again for next year.
