THE VIEW
The balcony off the living area is a must-experience with a southern facing exposure and stunning views of the ocean and pier. You'll love eating your meals or sipping drinks on the balcony while being warmed by the sun and watching the waves roll. In the bedroom, you can also enjoy views of the pier and ocean as you lay back in the evening.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo with a fully stocked kitchen ready for all of your culinary creations. Enjoy a newer stove and dishwasher and granite countertops throughout. The dining area seats four around a beautiful wood table.

LIVING AREAS
The living room furniture and flooring have been updated, including the cozy sofa that you can cuddle up on and enjoy the sound of the ocean waves or to enjoy the 50 Samsung Smart TV that you can use to stream your favorite movies and tv shows as well as have the option of a Blu-ray player or cable with 250+ channels free of charge. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. The living room also includes a desk for easy remote working.

The bathroom is located just across the hall from the bedroom and includes a separate vanity section with new granite countertops and a lovely tub shower condo.

SLEEPING
D102 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The bedroom features a comfortable King bed, and there is a Queen size bed in the sofa in the living room that pulls out with a thick foam mattress for a great sleep. If another bed is needed, there is also a twin air mattress in the condo. New closet doors and the same new, wood-like tile flooring you see in the living area have been installed in the bedroom for a clean, sharp look throughout.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the Goldilocks Zone all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
