Stayed Jan 24, 2025Lovely modern apartment in a good location in North Scottsdale. Very high security not allowing any shenanigans on the property. Very comfortable bed. Large on-suite with walk in closet. Owners might consider wine glasses and a better coffee system. Not everyone enjoys flavored Keurig coffee.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025Great location- walkable to bars, restaurants and shopping. Building can be confusing to navigate. Listing stated there was a hot tub. There is not. When property manager was questioned about this, they responded there is a heated pool and a spa tub in the unit. This was also false information- there is no tub in the unit. Lastly, the thermostat did not work. When the property manager was made aware they said they would have maintenance come in 1-2 days. We were only there 3 days. The thermostat was never addressed leaving the unit very warm and uncomfortable.
