Deluxe Penthouse Luxury!- Beach, Resort Pool, Waterfall!

Great stay - condo was very clean, appliances were new and loved the location. Also enjoyed having the morning sun on the lanai and listening to pool waterfall (very relaxing).

We had a great time; the host was very responsive and we were able to get into the condo a few hours early. The appliances were all new, the pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the staff at the complex were great. We are thinking we will stay here again next year.

The Appartment has everything you want to be there and was in very good condition. The host was easy to contact and very friendly. The pool area is perfect. We highly recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful vacation! We had a few little issues with the code on one of the doors and then batteries going dead on our condo keypad. But no big deals. We would for sure stay here again and again. Condo was so clean and nice. Lots of towels! Easy to get to beach. Lots of restaurants/shopping nearby. Beautiful view of the pool. Not crowded at all! Great spot for families, couples getaway, girls getaway, or even older couples! Thabks for a great week!

The apartment is modern and has everything you need. Pool is excellent. Great beaches nearby such as Barefoot Beach.

We had such a great time staying at the Bonita Village. The unit was updated, clean and spacious. Great view of the pool. We had no issues while we were there and Brian was easy to contact if we ever needed too. Definitely would stay there again! Thanks for a great family vacation!

We loved our stay at Brian’s condo. Very clean and comfortable. The complex is like a “mini resort” with a gorgeous pool and bar, and friendly guests. Great for couples or families. Would definitely stay again.

Condo well stocked and clean, but disappointing as no dresser for clothes! We had booked for a month and this was a big inconvenience… rusted chairs in closet and items we would not use took up much space. Who would think to ask if dresser for clothes available in a rental?

These condos are in a premium location, central to everything! Easy drive up to Sanibel/Captiva Islands, same for going south to Marco Island! Naples is a very short drive I feel like 20 mins tops! So very convenient to everything! Bonita Beach just a few miles, 5 min by car tops! The cleanliness was top notch! Grounds were beautiful! We would recommend nicer linens, and soaps in a listing of penthouse, but cannot complain honestly. Irish spring doesnt seem very penthouse like to me, but jmho. The kitchen is a nice size, but was not equipped well for making meals. Heating up leftovers, sure! & most are likely eating out the majority of their meals, so not a big deal. But would recommend a few more kitchen standard items. The ease of getting in/out is perfect! The directions that Brian will send on how to enter the first time, and then subsequent times is perfectly laid out for you! The pool area is very nice! Felt great to relax there! Communication w Brian was prompt/courteous! Overall, we were very pleased w our stay! Would we rent this unit again, 1000x yes! Close by restaurants were all too die for! The icemaker in the fridge does make ice & Pretty efficiently I might add! It still does not dispense ice from the door, but thats a minor inconvenience. We emptied the ice into bags & sotred in freezer, for beach days, and the speed of the ice maker filling was impressive. We had plenty of ice for all of our needs! The shower has great water pressure as well!

Condo was spacious with lots of amenities. The screened porch was a perfect place to have a morning coffee and look over the pool area. The pool was a perfect spot to relax. Great area for walking, close to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend

We loved the location and the pool at this Bonita Village condo. We visited 3 different beaches while we were there. We walked to restaurants and putt putt and ice cream! Highly recommend.

This was my family’s second time staying in Brian’s beautiful home and we can’t wait to plan our next vacation. The house is beautiful and homey. The property is very well maintained. My whole family has absolutely fallen in love with the pool. All of the residents and guests that we have encountered are wonderful and my children 12 & 10 have made friends on both trips. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping and the beautiful beaches.

We loved staying at this unit in Bonita Springs. The place was very clean, brand new washer/dryer. I would highly recommend if spending some time in Bonita.
