We decided for a staycation and chose this place right on the beach. The property was clean and just as listed. Pricing was fair and it's centrally located to all our favorite places.

Very limited on-site parking. You may have to park across the street. Main lobby with unfinished flooring install. Looks like it wasn’t fastened properly and has a big chunk missing in front of the door leading out to the pool. Old hotel type in-the-wall air conditioner in the living room. Thank goodness we brought a fan to blow cold air into the bedroom. Small couch in the living room doesn’t match the small sectional in the picture. Unpainted, patched drywall in the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good hot water. Great access to the beach.

I have been to many VRBOs and this is by far the best one!! The place was just like the pictures. It was comfortable and well supplied with kitchen items, beach items and bath items. Communicating with the host was easy and he responded quickly to any questions. I plan on staying here again!

This condo is perfect for a small family! The room is about 15 seconds from the pool and 30 seconds from the beach. The building is a little older but we had no issues with anything. Also, it was located within 5 mins of everything you need in new smyrna... groceries, drugstore, restaurants, and most importantly- ice cream! 10/10 would definitely stay again.

Bedroom, extremely hot, no vents, so be sure and bring a fan to blow cold air from one room to the other. Cable cords, or some kind of cords hanging off of the deck above down to back porch. Bath tub does not drain for a good 10 minutes so you’re actually standing in your own filth ankle deep. The host let us check in two hours early which we greatly appreciated. Towel under Keurig dirty with food.

Inside was updated, clean, comfortable. Everything we needed for a great stay.We loved Chase on the beach.Outside of the building could stand a facelift.

A great location on the beach. Pool was kept extremely clean. It was so quiet I could hear the ocean at night. Peaceful

The building is in rough shape needs repair. The rooms could use caulking and paint.

For the price and proximity to the beach, a very nice apartment.The 3 rating for location is ONLY because of loud noise in the apartment above this room. A lot of apparent moving stuff around and dropping. Definitely more than people walking. Obviously the sound insulation between the floors levels is very poor. Fortunately the noise ceased late evening. It was not unbearable just annoying

Not a bad place and close to the beach. Could have been a little more clean from other guests, but overall decent place. Close proximity to all necessities for a quick stay.

We have stayed in this condo unit several times and love it. Comfortably furnished, kitchen supplies more than adequate, lovely pool and right by the beach!

This was our third time at coastal waters, and our second stay in this specific unit. It is small, but clean, cozy, and perfect spot for a couple!

Perfect location, the beach is almost at the door, 30 second walk. Cape Canaveral is just down the beach so we watched a launch.

Our unit was very clean and well appointed when we arrived. Very comfortable bed and cozy living room. Our host was friendly and responsive to our questions and help needed to make our stay enjoyable. Secure location on the beautiful beach. We will definitely plan another visit should we return next year. Thank you again for a wonderful time at NSB and Costal Waters.
