Owners were prompt communicators before, during and after stay. Particular to note is the cleanliness of the cabin; very much appreciated. Beautiful location on Lake Delta. Worked perfect for our successful bear hunts and will be back in 3 years with our grandsons!
I had a great time and would stay again.
Partner, I and dog in the area for family holidays. We live out of state and a great place for us to spend the night while in the area. Nice, quiet, all the space we needed. Very reasonably priced and good communication from the group we rented from. Nice view of the lake and fire pit. Thank you!
Quiet, peaceful, comfortable......can't ask for more than that! thankyou
Nice location, clean
The property worked perfectly for our fishing trip. My friend was very glad to have the WiFi connection as he had business to manage. The mosquitoes were bad at dusk and dawn. We felt very fortunate to have the use of the rowboats for fishing. Thank you!
Deer trail lodge is a great getaway. Our cabin was nice and clean. It is easy to find, and a short scenic drive from Iron River. It is quiet and peaceful. There is a beach, boats, kayaks, a playground set, swing benches near the lake, fire pits, grills, and some short little hiking trails. This place is VERY dog friendly, which is awesome! The owners went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I didn't read all of the notes in the listing about bringing our own towels. But that was on me. If you want a quiet, affordable, clean, peaceful, and dog friendly vacation, this is the place for you! Highly recommend!❤️ Also, if you plan to cook at the cabin don't forget to bring seasonings. If you want to enjoy the big deck and lake view, make sure to bring bug spray and citronella candles. It is close to several state parks, hiking, ATV, and biking trails too. Several small towns near by with fun restaurants, bars, and shops. If you like really good brats check out Jim's Meats in Iron River. Also the Benoit Cheese Haus is amazing! If you are a cheese lover check it out! Again..super family and dog friendly... peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a great getaway. ❤️
My husband and I visited for a long weekend away to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin was exactly as advertised. The use of the grill, firepit, and kayaks was a nice commodity. The neighbors were friendly and the property was great for a quiet weekend away.
Beautiful location, wonderful management, close to town and other establishments.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The only downside that I wish the property listing would have been upfront about is the fact that the cabin floods every time it storms. All of our items that were on the floor the night of the storm were soaking wet and the cabin was not easy to dry out (the carpet smelled very musty after a day or two). Otherwise, it was a very cute cabin and I loved the lakeside beach. It was gorgeous to get out on the lake.
