beautiful condo-just as advertised. Host fees I thought were exorbitant- and not advertised on VRBO website. I've stayed many places over the years thru VRBO- never fees this high. And on top of that- had to pay additional for parking pass. Emailed the property manager on Saturday- didn't get call back until Wednesday when we're already there.

Property was great loved the view. Great location just far enough down the street from the over crowded areas. Will book again and recommend for future trips.

I was never told that the condos were separate from the rental, the $40 parking fee was never disclosed. Also I for two days and only was able to stay one day! I’m not asking for a refund because after we got over the whole condos attendants rudeness and lake of help we did have a good time, I noticed the daily rental for that property was $180ish and I paid $400 soo over paid

Beautiful place, loved that is was across the street from Walmart. View was great. No problems at all; we will definitely be back!!

Check in was very frustrating due to the internet service. They gave us the gate codes but not our wrist bands for the pool etc. the first day, because we weren't able to officially check in. We weren't able to pay for parking either. The second day they weren't there yet when I went to rectify the situation. So it started to interfere with my play time. We got warnings put on our car that it was going to be towed. The head of the bed and other places in the condo had 1/4 in of dust. The birds that reside on the balcony leave poop on the rug out there. And either there's a ghost or and electrical problem in the overhead light/fan. It turned the light on in the middle of the night 2 times. And the fan off once. Lol. Either we just couldn't figure out how to use the dryer or it doesn't work. Took forever to dry a load of clothes. We didn't watch much TV but with internet out it affected that. And last but not least. If I had known that there were no elevators I would have booked a different condo. It was a struggle to haul heavy suitcases and groceries up 3 flights. Not to mention hauling my old self up and down several times a day. Now the good. The decor was fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked. Anything we needed was there. The starter paper towels and TP was very helpful. The location is great. Right across from the beach. With a crosswalk on the corner. Walmart across from the entrance gate. Overall we had a great vacation.

We were very impressed when first walking into the condo--the decor is beautiful. The location was great, just across the road from the beach, which was amazing. It has a small patio with some chairs that overlook the beach, but we had to clean that area before we were comfortable sitting out there. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils we needed and everything was in good working order. The 2 beds were comfortable, but the futon in the living room had an awful mattress. Because we were counting on our 2 kids sleeping on that, we had to let one sleep with us in the king bed and the other on the couch when it was not folded out. We used both pools and hot tubs. One pool was heated, which is the one we swam in, but the other one had the hotter hot tub, so we went back and forth. The annoying part of the vacation was the amount of codes to remember--there were separate codes to get into the condo, to go through the walking gate, to go through the driving gate, and to enter the workout room. The owner of our condo did not provide all the codes we needed (only the one to get into our condo) but our friends that were also staying in another condo on the grounds were provided with the other codes so they shared those with us, thank goodness! Make sure you get all the codes before arriving!! Overall, we had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again.

We booked this condo for a quick Labor Day weekend getaway. This is a clean, quiet, beachfront condo in Galveston. Just a few steps to the 69th street crosswalk to safely get across Seawall and down to the beach. Walmart right across 69th as well. Two pools in this complex were easily accessible and well maintained. Guests with mobility issues should be aware that this 3rd floor unit is only accessible by stairs. Microwave was malfunctioning and management company brought a loaner one right away. Anything else we needed was easily found in the kitchen. Full size washer/dryer. Would happily stay here again!

My family loved staying in this room! My kids thought the spiral staircase, ocean decor, and loft bed were the coolest things ever! I loved the ocean views from the balcony and the overall cleanliness of the unit. The property managers were very helpful and friendly and even called me before our stay to let us know that our room was ready and check for any questions and encouraged us to call anytime if we did. Would definitely recommend this property and this company!

Mom and daughter outing. Loved loved this condo! Grounds were so nice and well kept. Great time. Only problem was the deck sliding door was very hard to open and close. Look forward to coming back
