Cute riverfront condo w/ shared deck, and kitchenette - close to beach

The condo was fine, the parking was impossible. Telling us each unit would get a spot is so wrong. The first night we had to park illegally to get anywhere near the units, and the second night we were only left 1/2 of a space due to a Pickup taking up 1 1/2 spaces, and were got a threatening note suggesting towing early in the morning. Luckily, we left early. But worrying every time we went out if there would be a spot when we returned was not fun. Some residents scored pink “tickets” to use, saying they got them when they checked in. We were not told to physically check in…just given the key code. And the front door key required LOTS of patience to operate ONLY every time we left or returned. Plus, 8 throw pillows is too many to constantly move and juggle for comfort!

We loved that it was on the water and we could enjoy the festivity without being in all the craziness.

The deck area has been recently updated. Very nice. The unit was nicely furnished and had everything to make it a comfortable stay. Watching boats go by was so fun! A great stay!

What a great area and suitable apartment for a get away. Minutes from the beach, totally walkable, and other nearby facilities and attractions. Within a few minutes drive (when the ferry is not in operation) of the very pleasant village that is Saugatuck. Great stay

Parking was an issue...had to contend with the hotel across the street for dedicated parking spots....Not really true.

Charming apt, comfy bed, terrific location near ferry. Sweet balcony overlooking the river.

The unit was nicely furnished, clean and in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the ferry to cross the river. Parking in Saugatuck can be a challenge so not taking the car was great. Sitting outside and watching the boats go by was relaxing. I do have to mention though, as renters we are told quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Others in the complex were not so adherent to those rules. People in the unit next door were yelling and causing a disturbance until well past 3am. Overall, it was a nice visit except for Friday night when the incident above occured.

Loved everything about this place and the surroundings

The property is as listed and it was quiet (only one other guest in another space). It's a good space for 2 people and had everything that was needed. Very clean and good location.

Great location on the water with a beautiful view of the town, water, and the boats traveling by. Had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Very clean and comfortable.
