    The directions we were emailed were incorrect, after driving around we found the office but not after calling vasaca for help and the lqdy that answered was rude. The office wasnt for our bldg but the lady was super helpful and we were able to finally find the room. The keycode was correctand the parking passes were inside and thats about all the positive I can say. The wifi domain and password were wrong, we finally found them on the router. I did finally talk to someone at the office that was helpful because he had to give us directions to the beach, I then sent him a detailed message that evening but nothing was resolved after that. There were no linens for the pull out bed. There were some comforters in a trashbag in the closet. We stripped the beds and washed everything before sleeping there. The pics make it look like a pretty condo with simple but decent furniture but there is minimal lighting and the furniture is faded and doesnt smell good. The pics had to have been lightened before posting online. Peeling paint, broken blinds, wobbly toilet, broken dresser and few utensils. Also not included were a heads up that the laundry costs 2$ per load, so if you decide to stay here take a few rolls of quarters. Hotels.com reps have been extremely helpful and hopefully they will be able to come to some resolution. Just pay the extra and find somewhere else to stay. The area was great & pretty water, but the company managing this particular condo doesnt take care of it.

    Loved this condo, so clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect- very cozy. Close to Beach Access, in a quiet tucked away area, very secure, clean and pleasant. Very spacious.

    We loved the proximity to town and the pool & hot tub. We appreciated the dedicated security staffing as we were here during spring break. The condo itself was fine but the pictures online are outdated. The floors are hardwood, tile or LVT, very easy to keep clean. There is a coffe pot, blender and toaster...all in good working order. Dishware & decor could use a little updating but everything was serviceable. The hallways, elevator and parking lot were quite dirty but we were there during spring break so I'm sure that had something to do with it. It was fairly quiet all things considered. Manage your expectations and you won't be disappointed.

    The location is great! Next to beach park, stores, the beach & lively at night too. Some Kitchen utensils need replacing but ok.

    The condo was easy to find, good directions. easy access to walk to the beach. The check in/out process was great! The condo was under some construction when we were there, so there were some noise issues. Also on the weekends, we stayed for over 2 weeks, and it was Easter weekend so very busy, the condo was very busy on the weekends, and some visitors did not remain quiet after 10PM or 2AM or...let's say they were having fun. But for the most part, quiet and relaxing. The condo itself was clean, the bathtub for me was hard to get in and out of--it is deeper and higher to get in and out of, I was worried about slipping...would recommend a hand bar or something to get in and out--but otherwise fine. The bathroom fan still squeals--so didn't use it. This is a basic condo as far as cooking utensils etc. No spices, etc. limited cookware--there is no dishwasher-which was fine for us. No issues with the wifi or cable, all worked great. Beds were comfortable, 2 queen beds. Whoever did the review about chairs and boogie boards, that has changed--there were none, which was okay with us, it may be an issue for others. Laundry room was very clean, washers and dryers worked great. Would we stay there again, YES, we would.

    This condo don’t look or feel good inside out and everything in it is dated and needs work. Not enough light screechy exhaust fan, stained commode etc.

    Loved the space and the price. The beach was not far at all but we were not able to see it from our condo. The size of the condo would have been perfect for 2 adults... we had four adults it was a bit small but the condition of the condo was great and all the dishware and cooking tools were perfect and very helpful. The wifi was weak and we could never connect, that was frustrating. At&t has little to no service on the island. Sprint had a very strong signal and better service - FYI. Otherwise we had a great time on the island and the stay was great!! Accessing the condo and getting checked in and out was perfect. Thank you VACASA. We will be using you all again!
