Cute and Cozy Unit- John's Pass - Surf Song #212

Location

Condo was super clean, cute, cozy and comfortable. The bed slept very well. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. No beach gear or beach towels provided within the unit. Unit as described and would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I took a short trip down to Madeira Beach and stayed at Sun Song. Our room was PERFECT for us, and well maintained and decorated. The hosts were super friendly, and the grounds were well-kept and beautiful. We love the tiki huts next to the pool. Right on the beach, and right across from EVERYTHING Johns Pass has to offer- it’s our new fav go-to resort!

The location of the property is great. The pool due to how many people were there could have been cleaned more often. I also was surprised at how much they charged to add on a day.

The TV internet is very slow and non-responsive at times.It is a great little unit for one guy that spends most of his time on the beach or boardwalk. Bring your own salt and pepper as the only things offered above just dishes and plates is what other people may have left. I would stay here again, that's just me. But wanted to state all that I experienced in Unit 212. It is a unit off from the main building not directly near the beach. So, on the positive- you wont have little kids running around.

You just can’t beat Surf Song for location, amenities, and affordability. Right on Madeira Beach with a great pool and Johns Pass restaurants, shops, and entertainment right across Gulf Blvd. Already making plans for next year.

Nice location, lots of local flavor nearby - no chains.

It was a very pleasant stay and easy communication. Loved it.
