Cute and Comfy Studio + Loft, 1.5 Baths

This property had all the amenities…coffee pot, cooking utensils, TV. Located just down the road from Mammoth brewing. We brought our dog Hunter with his bed and he had a blast in some leftover snow! The location is close to hiking trails…McCleod trail and Crystal Lake only a short distance away. And, we saw three deer a block away!

Pleasant little condo, well stocked kitchen, very clean, and excellent location. We spent little time here as the weather was glorious! We're bird watchers and amateur biologists and this area is fantastic for both of these activities. The hosts were very responsive and peppered us with emails/texts that kept us well informed. If someone is planning a ski trip in the future, this would be a great place to stay. In the distant past when I was downhill skiing, I would have loved staying here. At 83 my skiing days are over. But if you enjoy the outdoors and are still hiking and exploring this is a beautiful area to spend time.

The place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay! This was our first time bringing our dogs on a trip, and Rog and Steph have set high expectations for us. They had a little station at the entryway with supplies you need to clean paws, place water bowls, etc. It was very simple to bring our pups and not have to pack every last thing, knowing some of the stuff would be provided. There was plenty of instruction and guidance through the app for need to know about your stay both inside and outside the unit. It did also help to have instructions printed/framed/labeled around the unit how to operate different appliances or gadgets. Again, thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

Super cute. It was my first time in mammoth, I loved how centralized this was to everything. While I had intended on bringing my fur babies, they didn’t come but loved how pet friendly the place was. My husband and I felt right at home. Def coming back. Thank you!

Property was excellent. Well appointed both practically (kitchen supplies, bedding, bath), super clean, and it was apparent that the owners take great pride in this property.

The place was very tidy, and the directions provided both inside the studio and directly from Roger were very clear, making the checking in and checking out process seamless. The place had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was cozy and well kept for our family of 4. We also enjoyed the access to the nearby Mammoth shuttle. Would definitely stay here again!

Totally cozy, well equipped, pet friendly, well designed. We loved the fireplace insert and the supplied wood. We had to makeshift an axe from a multi tool but my husband is a resourceful mountain man! We were grateful for the shovel and broom outside since we had a ton of snow!

Adorable condo full of so many fun skiing decor items. Very clean property and pet-friendly! Our dog felt right at home. Kitchen had all needed essentials for cooking. Comfy living room with a great fireplace. Our family enjoyed our stay!

Clean, quiet, cozy and perfect if traveling with pets.

When we first opened the doors I was so excited. Super cute!!!! Super clean. Newly remodeled and a 5 star for us. Every morning we woke to the sun hitting us through the hills! Amazing! Best place I have ever stayed at. We are used to small places. It was perfect for us and our fur animals. I did take sheets and blankets and covered everything to min hopes it stayed as clean as we could! I 100 percent recommend. The neighbors are great! It was quiet. Thank you for allowing us in your home!

Good location, comfortable stay for 2 people, very dog-friendly.

The condo was clean and well organized, communication was effective with the owners. The place was small but good for my son and I. A lot of construction going on across the street on one side and construction in a neighboring unit on the other side detracted from the quality of the stay but that is outside of the owners control. I do highly recommend this condo for a small group or pair.

The place was very nice, clean, cozy, and convenient location. Perfect for our little group and our little doggo. We will definitely stay here again.

Great property with thoughtful amenities for humans and dogs alike. Cozy with lots of natural light and high ceilings. Hosts were helpful and responsive. Came to ski and would definitely stay again.

Recently remodeled so everything feels brand new. Close to Canyon Lodge. Only 1 real bed in the loft. Good for a couple or a couple with a small child.

Enjoyed our time at Rog and Steph’s condo it had everything needed for a nice weekend. The weather was not as accommodating. Glad the condo made up for the weather!!I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent from start to finish!!

Spent a snowboard weekend at this little gem. The space is cozy but surprisingly spacious. Perfect for a couple or a close group of four. Short drive to the village, walkable even. Quiet location with a communal spa that was hot and ready when we got off the slopes. Host was responsive and the space was clean and very welcoming. Didn’t take our dog but this host has everything you need for your four legged family member. We will definitely be back.

This is a really great condo to use as a base for outdoor adventures in Mammoth because it is convenient to everything. The hosts were super communicative. We were here during a snowstorm, and we got plowed out very efficiently. The layout of the condo is exactly as described. The amenities in the bathroom were nice. The kitchen is surprisingly well-stocked for such a small space. A few things to note, though. The sheets on the bed when we arrived were very dirty. We found another set in the closet which was less dirty, but not ideal considering there is no washer dryer in the unit. The bed has a memory foam top which some guests may like but was too soft for us. The condo outside flood light is right by the unit’s window ground floor, which means you cannot get the sleeping area dark. And finally, even though we are dog owners (did not bring our pup with us), the unit had a lot of dog hair and dust that triggered a significant allergic reaction from my husband. Taken individually, these are small issues, but taken together are worth considering when choosing where to stay in Mammoth.

We had a great stay. Everything about the property was as expected. Great hosts, comfy condo for the 2 of us and our 2 Fur babies.

Perfect location for access to the village and anything in town. Clean and well maintained. Our only slight issue this time was that there is major construction happening directly across the street which started at 7am on weekdays. Not a huge problem since we are early risers and they didnt work on the weekends. This was our second stay and we will be back again!
