Stayed Apr 9, 2026This place feels like home. It's clean and well organized. The views are amazing. The owner Marcy was great to work with always available to answer any questions. Marcy also left me a special Birthday message on the chalkboard. We will definitely book this condo again.

Stayed Apr 2, 2026Unit is very nice and exceptionally well appointed. Marcy (the owner) is a doll, super nice to deal with! This building is on St. Thomas drive which gets you away from the hub-bub that happens in the evenings on Front Beach Drive, less noise and less traffic on St. Thomas end. For us, this is a huge plus.The property charges (not the owner) 150 per pet which I thought was excessive considering the pet park was so far away from the main building and not fenced to let your puppy run around a bit but don't let that deter from staying here. Everything else makes up for it! :-) This is an overall exceptional place to stay in PCB!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The owner worked with us to accommodate our schedule, the condo was super clean and updated, had beautiful views and beach access. We absolutely loved the balcony. We spent so much time out there with our puppy! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 3, 2024I loved this condo! Marcy was great with her communication and made check in super easy. She has such cute beach decor throughout the unit (the pictures don’t do it justice) and the location is in my favorite part of PCB. It’s conveniently located to everything. Marcy went the extra mile by leaving a sweet welcome message and had the unit already stocked with plenty of nice towels and wash clothes and the view was spectacular from the balcony, where she has had extra beach chairs and an umbrella available for use. I will definitely be looking to come back to this unit. Thank you Marcy for making everything so welcoming and easy!
