It was a very nice condo! Not walking distance to broadway but only a $6 Uber ride. To me totally worth having a nice spacious place and pay the cab ride then to be in a small hotel room and not be comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay here for 3 days! Very clean and cozy, made for a great honeymoon getaway! Close to downtown with a lovely view of the Cumberland river. Rebecca is so sweet and great to deal with. Look forward to staying here again ♥️

Bring your walking shoes because there's so much of Nashville right outside your door.

Host was amazing and responsive to all our questions. The location was perfect to get around Nashville restaurants, music, etc.I’d stay here again.

We were looking for a place to celebrate our 25th anniversary within walking distance to Broadway St. but not stay on the stripe. I came across this super nice , super cute condo that had great reviews , I can most definitely see why. The host Rebecca had texted us to let us know the unit was ready to check in ahead of time , texted us what we needed to do before checking out of the unit, we did not need anything while we stayed but the communication I feel was great and clear. I would most definitely would stay here again.

Everything about our visit to Nashville in this unit was great! So clean, great communication, easy access and the free parking on site is so worth it! Rebecca has everything covered to a T. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to visit the city for a good time.

A quiet getaway close to all the action! Loved waking up and sipping coffee while watching the river, and Broadway was a short, less than a mile walk from the property. The places was exactly as pictured with the listing. Bright, airy, and had everything one might need. I appreciated the box of emergency supplies that included packets of sun screen, and the stock of k-cups. Great water pressure in the amply sized tiled shower, but no vanity or countertop in the bathroom to spread out my lotions and potions.

Will be back!

The apartment was lovely with a small deck that overlooked the water. The bedroom was comfortable with a king size bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. I found the location to be quiet and peaceful. It was helpful to have a car to get to activities in town. Ample parking in lot in front of the condos. I would definitely stay there again.

We would highly recommend. The location was in an up and coming area (close to the Nashville Sounds stadium) easy to walk if you bring a furry family member. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Will be back to Nashville!

Close to downtown, easy to find && well cleaned!

We enjoyed our nashville getaway. Nicely decorated and comfortable bed and sofa.It was very affordable and easy to access walking 20 min to broadway. On cumberland river and saw turtles on tree trunk. Quiet except for trains going thru but found that charming Safe neighborhood.

Rebecca is an excellent host. This condo was absolutely perfect and we could walk to Broadway. We had a fantastic stay!

All info was very detailed. From the parking to the entry, all things were explained very well and everything went seamlessly. I really liked being able to get away from the noise and traffic of downtown. The view of the river was great. The condo was decorated beautifully, the bed was really comforting and the whole setup was perfect for my husband and I. We could have walked to downtown from the condo but we used spothero to locate cheaper downtown parking instead of walking the back roads in the dark. Everything worked out great.

We had an amazing trip to Nashville, Rebecca was great with communication and we appreciated that.

Great location & clean cozy condo with fantastic river views!

Great location and easy walk to Broadway (about a mile). Great communication with Rebecca throughout our stay. Condo very clean and had everything we needed. Love the free parking. Be prepared to walk the steps but the view of the river is so peaceful.

Host was very responsive. Everything is in walking distance or you can walk to the bus stop and get anywhere in the city. Had a wonderful time. Will stay again.

River view was very nice. Loved the train going over the river track. I was there in mid October. I never saw the pool! But this site continued to keep hounding me to complete my review because I did not rate the pool! Poor design.

We had a wonderful stay! Bed was very comfortable, bathroom, kitchen and living area very clean. Great location to the downtown area. It was about a mike walk, but there were always scooters or bikes to use close by. Found the best restaurant nearby called Jonathan's Grille. The prices were great, food great, overall vibe was wonderful and the service was awesome! Great drink specials!

This condo was an excellent find! It's a comfortable and awesome little place, perfect for a few days. The location is fantastic, being so close to Broadway. The host truly deserves a special mention—their communication was beyond excellent and made the whole process stress-free. Finding a place that's this great and pet friendly is a huge win. We felt right at home and highly recommend booking this rental!

Nice and clean. Close to downtown

Only one suggestion, possibly put ? a shelf or something that goes over the toilet for personal items. There is no where to put your toothbrush etc. The cart in there with toilet paper isn’t conducive for personal items. They fall through the cracks. That being said, this wouldn’t make or break whether we rented this unit again. Great place, love the new decor.

This was a beautiful quaint little stay very close to downtown Broad. The condo was so clean and the Patio overlooking the river was gorgeous. The bed was soft and the living room was very cozy. I appreciated the pizza flyer we had as we ordered and it was delicious! Just know this was on the third floor and there was no elevator so we definitely got our steps in. But I still highly recommend and will stay again!

Great centralized location.

We received a call just before our stay that there was a maintenence issue in the building. Rebecca was so kind and offered us 2 alternative options. Though we originally chose this beautiful condo, she did upgrade us to a nicer, larger, and amazing condo closer to the event. We are are so thankful for Rebecca's kindness and outstanding customer service. We had a wonderful time in Nashville and would definitely book with her again!!

This was a perfect property for our Nashville stay! There was free and ample parking for our car, and the apartment was spotless. We loved being able to sit on the little balcony and watch the boats go by on the river. Plus we could walk to all of the music venues downtown. We would absolutely book this property again!

Was not ready at 3pm check in. Didn't get in till 5:30. Cleaning fee was however refunded. Property manager was very helpful and pleasant. Overall a very nice place within walking distance to downtown.

My husband and I were in Nashville meeting up with family. This condo was just perfect for us. The location was close to so many things in downtown Nashville we wanted to visit. We could walk to the baseball park and enjoyed a morning stroll around the Bicentennial Capital Mall. It was very hot while we were in Nashville, so we didn't walk to as many places as we might have. Many attractions are within walking distance. The condo was immaculately clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the view overlooking the river. Rebecca was a tremendous host - very easy to contact and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable, clean, and well condo perfect for two. Walkable to restaurants in Germantown and a doable but long walk to Broadway. Have to climb two flights of stairs so pack light. On the river with a nice balcony and great layout.

Everything was clean and just what I expected!

This is our second stay at this property and we love it! The location is close to the action but far enough to be quiet. The apartment is cozy and just what we need for a Nashville weekend. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at the Riverfront condo more than exceeded our expectations. If was beautifully decorated, very clean, and within walking distance to all we wanted to do. Watching the barges cruising down the river from our balcony was an unexpected pleasure, as well. Rebecca was a joy to work with. She was quick to check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay, and let us know she was there if we had any concerns (which we didn't). She also remembered that we were there to attend a show at the Brooklyn Bowl, which I had mentioned briefly in our exchange months earlier. I thought that was really sweet, and above and beyond. We will definitely seek out our cozy retreat condo again, and I highly recommend it to others!

We were able to walk to all of the Broadway and area locations every day for 6 days. Definitely a lot of steps, but well worth it.

This cozy, 1-bedroom condo was just as described. Easy parking and well furnished the unit was perfect for our Nashville trip. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of linens. We would stay again.

A great property right on the river- so nice to watch the boats go by from the balcony- but also super convenient to Broadway and all the tourist spots downtown! Perfect place to stay for a long weekend!

The condo was as described. Check in was easy and the place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable ,bathroom was cosy with plenty of hot water. It is on the river which I enjoyed watching the barges go by. Use Uber when going downtown, parking cost are tremendous . we will stay there again
