Welcome to Crystal Shores West 703, a beautifully updated Gulf-front condo in the heart of Gulf Shores offering comfort, convenience, and exceptional views. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is thoughtfully designed for couples, families, or two sets of adults traveling together, with the rare and highly desirable feature of king beds in both bedrooms.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the beachfront balcony. Wake up to the sound of the waves and step straight outside to take in the panoramic Gulf views. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed and access to a shared ensuite bathroom that can be entered from either the bedroom or the hallway, providing both privacy and flexibility. From the guest room window, you’ll enjoy relaxing views of Little Lagoon.

Inside the condo, you’ll find tasteful updates throughout, including tile flooring in the main living areas and bathrooms, and luxury vinyl plank flooring in both bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with recently updated appliances, including a brand-new range, and a new washer and dryer are also provided in the unit for added convenience. The large private balcony offers stunning, unobstructed Gulf views and plenty of space to relax or dine outdoors.

Crystal Shores West provides a wide range of amenities for guests to enjoy. The standout feature is the indoor/outdoor swim-under pool, which is heated seasonally. During the winter and early spring months, the swim-through section is temporarily closed to help retain heat in the indoor portion. Additional amenities include an outdoor hot tub, a fitness center, pool tables and a foosball table in the lobby area, and two designated charcoal grilling areas.

Parking is limited to a maximum of two vehicles during peak seasons, with up to two parking passes provided. In slower periods, the on-site office may offer the option to purchase a third pass if space allows, but this cannot be guaranteed.

As with all of our properties, a signed rental agreement and valid government-issued ID are required prior to arrival. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and present for the duration of the stay. This is a non-smoking unit and local occupancy and parking rules are strictly enforced by the association.
