Crystal Coast Condo - Full Amenities!

Nice place.

Jason was an excellent host. Quick to respond and very accommodating. We requested an early check-in to coincide with our grandchild’s nap, and Jason graciously complied. The condo complex is in an excellent location and the staff was very friendly. Amenities were many and varied, with one disappointment being that the playground was closed during our entire week there. Kitchen was fairly well equipped - we could have used a cookie sheet and a pair of scissors. The cleanliness of the property at check-in was not the best. There were food stains on the kitchen cabinets (cooking oil and tomato sauce/ketchup) and there were many crumbs under the couch and loveseat cushions. On the plus side-the primary bed was extremely comfortable and there was considerable drawer storage. The shower was great! The futon in the 2nd bedroom has seen better days. All-in-all, we had a great stay and the condo worked well for our family. Highly recommend Jason as a host!

We had a great time at APATB - great amenities. The condo was good but the cleaning service could definitely be improved. Sand on the furniture, some dirty pots/pans, filthy microwave, but all could be overlooked. The biggest issue was that the futon was really uncomfortable, even for a child. If you need that for a bed, we suggest bringing an air mattress instead. If it were replaced, we would come back. It would also be nice if bedding were provided for the futon - king sheets can be wrapped around to fit. Otherwise the condo worked well for us.

A great first time stay! Jason was very communicative and friendly. The property was easily accessible and clean—had everything we needed. The property grounds are well kept and the private beach access was great! We look forward to another opportunity to visit!

My family looks forward to our summer vacation every year. While we try to visit somewhere near every year, we also have been hoping to find a place to call our “vacation home”. This place is IT. We have 3 kids, ages 5-10, and it is the jackpot of vacations. You will literally feel like you are staying in an all inclusive resort on the east coast. The community, the staff, the experience far exceeded our expectations. Our host was above and beyond as far as communication goes- very quick with responses, very accommodating. We’ve already looked at our calendars to book again next summer and have also called everyone we know to come stay here with us next year!! And a side note: I’ve never left reviews for places I’ve stayed. Because it’s always just been ‘meh’. But i felt Entitled to assure anyone looking that you won’t regret a single thing about booking this place !

It was a nice place. Could have used a few things in the kitchen. There were no scissors. But all in all it was fun and the owner is easy to communicate with.

Everything was great. Except no internet or TV. No extra linenes. Need to change air filters. But we had a great time.

Jason was very quick to address any issues that came up. The property has so much to do and our 5 year old went down the slide at least 100 times!

We have stayed in several different units in this development, and this particular unit is at the top of the list. Beds were comfy; just about anything you need in the kitchen is there.

This is a great property with lots of great places to eat near by. If you love shelling the beach is great, especially down near Fort Macon. The two pools were great to hang out by and we loved hanging out by the firepit at night. Jason the owner was great and took care of all of our needs. I would recommend staying here if you want a great seaside getaway.

Enjoyed our time at this property. The indoor pool and other amenities were great since the wind was too bad to stay at the beach.

The condo and resort were great! Lots of activities, pool/slide kept kids entertained, and easy access to the beach. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Love the updated appliances, decor and view of the pool and ocean. The pool area is amazing! Definitely would stay here again.

The property is awesome. The cleanliness could be improved in the kitchen and living room couches need to be replaced or deep cleaned.
