Stayed Nov 19, 2025The floor had places where it was duct taped down and the tried to cover with rugs. Small bedrooms bed had a bad dip in it. The couch you actually sink into it towards the back of it. Very uncomfortable on back. We actually brought in the outside chairs to sit in. Tub in main bathroom did not drain. Used knife to prop it open. Tub in other bathroom drained super slow. Remote in main bathroom we were told by host did not work per p th our guest. To se the one from other room. It is a different tv. Did not work. We went and bought new batteries for it. Found mouse droppings on large carpet area in living room. We have traveled using Vrbo for 7

Stayed Jul 21, 2025Our stay was just so so. It was clean and beds were comfortable, and A/C worked well with outside temps in mid 90s. A few things made it less desirable: Kitchen was very small, only one drawer for utensils. Flatware had to be stored on kitchen table, no pots & pans. Only a couple Corning dishes. Nothing to fry anything like bacon in. No ice cube trays in freezer, which should be furnished with no ice maker available. The picture of the lake in the listing is deceiving, as there was no access to the water due to the cliff of rocks. The grass around the whole complex hadn’t been mowed in a while, and was 5-6” high, which made it difficult to walk our little dachshund dog, and the asphalt was very hot for his little paws. We ended up leaving a day early for these reasons.

Stayed May 29, 2025The property is beautiful. Wonderful ground floor condo. He just had to walk 50 ft from the building to smoke which was okay but we've never had to do that anywhere else at Fall Creek before. Plus there were cameras outside so you were being watched all the time is how it felt. The people who own the upstairs condo do rent to small children so the children ran from 7:00 in the morning till 10:00 or 11:00 at night. On vacation I like to sleep in.

Stayed Oct 1, 2024I will tell you it was musty smelling when we walked in to the condo. The first bathroom bedroom on the left had a mildew smell. Everything was clean had all the dishes that we needed. The back patio is nice and looks across the river. I wasn’t crazy about not having doors on the bathrooms. and because we like firmer beds, the beds were too soft in our opinion. It was quiet, but they cause of the mildew smell. We had problems with our breathing.

Stayed Oct 8, 2024Completely disappointed with this stay. It listed that it slept 6. There was a king bed and a queen bed and that was it. There was no pull out sofa that was listed in the listing. It has been replaced with a regular couch. This only sleeps 4. When I reached out to the host they said there's a blow up mattress in the closet. We absolutely would not of stayed here had the listing been correct. The pictures make it look like you can fish right out the back yard. You can not. There is a 30 ft drop off that you have to climb down unstable rocks or you can walk down to the marina and pay $5/day to fish

Stayed Sep 27, 2024Loved this location! So peaceful and felt like we were in the country on the water, yet so close to everything in Branson! We’ve stayed in vacation homes and condos all over the country and this one was tied for TOP MOST COMFY master bed! (We didn’t have anyone staying in the other bedroom, so I can’t speak for that one.) We took a photo of the mattress tag, we loved it so much. Ha! From the photos, I wasn’t sure how populated the area would feel, because of the homes directly across the lake, but even as the super private person that I am, I can assure you the lake is so wide that it didn’t feel at all like you were peeking into their backyards or they were peeking into ours— and they were even outside at the time— very far away. It was pretty easy to climb down the rocks toward the water (and I’m 42); there were a couple nice-sized ones for sitting on, enjoying the sun, and watching the fishing boats go by. The sunrise over the lake was so lovely! I will say there is not a door on the master bath area, but it’s around the corner from the bed and main master bedroom area, so that wasn’t a problem at all. Plus, there’s another bathroom with a door if one needs more privacy. Lastly, I loved that this condo is owned by a sweet family who does this as a side hustle (I believe so anyway), and not some massive faceless property company. Loved the welcome binder and restaurant recs! :)

Stayed Jul 25, 2024This was our second trip to Branson, and we can't wait to come back and stay here again. This condo will for sure be our go - to place! The location and views were amazing. We loved sitting out on the patio and being right on the river. The guys at the marina were extremely helpful. The upstairs neighbors were a little loud, and walked like elephants, but that is nothing the host could control. Will for sure be back and suggest this condo to others.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024We had a rough start to our stay, arriving in late afternoon and realized our entry code had not been sent. Finally got the code and entered the condo-which had not been cleaned from the previous occupants, we had been told an air mattress would be available and it was locked in the owners closet. I spent the evening washing bed clothes and towels as her cleaners were unavailable. The owner was responsive and apologized, giving us a free night for the trouble. The condo was nice, we liked the ground floor and the patio overlooking Lake Taneycomo, great for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Running the water resulted in a fairly loud whine from the pipes, and it is not well insulated from noise from the people in the condo above, luckily they were not terribly loud. Kitchen was well stocked. It is in a lovely, quiet area yet very close (10-20 minutes) to anything we wanted to get to in the Branson area including Silver Dollar City, White Water and Branson Landing. We had planned to fish from the condo yard as the photos looked like we could, but the Lake is 10-15 below the top of the bank and you had to navigate rip rap of very large rocks. My teenage boys tried it once and that was it, we discovered that the water levels fluctuate a lot due to the operation of the dam. The parking lot/landscaping needs attention but we were always able to park by our door.
